This is the tenth in a series of stories of people being fired from their jobs because they have declined to take the required Covid-19 vaccination. The identities of these workers are being kept confidential because they fear reprisal. More stories will be included in future editions of this series as it continues. Joe is a respiratory therapist at one of the three major hospitals in Anchorage. He can’t use his name, or he’d be called into the office for interrogation, and with what he sees going on with discrimination against the unvaccinated, he doesn’t need anymore pressure.
He is one of a group of health professionals who are outside what he calls the “faith covidians,” those who blindly accept the accepted theory of the Covid-19 vaccines.
As someone who works at ground zero with Covid patients on ventilators, he knows the terrible toll the virus takes on people, and he understands the science as well as anyone. He’s also had Covid. Joe studies the research and he’s not ready to take the vaccine.
He talked with Must Read Alaska because he wants people to know about the new culture of bullying and harassing in the hospital. It’s relentless, he says. Those who are unvaccinated are hounded several times a day to change their minds and get the shot.
“Nurses come up to me and they’re crying because they are bullied and harassed. We talk to each other quietly, but when we are walking around the units, we just keep our mouth shut when we are in groups” of others and witness the disparaging remarks about those who have remained unvaccinated. “I’ve even heard people lying when asked if they’ve been vaccinated,” he said. They justify the lie because they weren’t asked what they were vaccinated for.
The intensity of the pressure to vaccinate for Covid has amped up over the months. Earlier, it was not as bad, but now he says the vaccinated professionals will, in packs, pounce on unvaccinated ones, and he also hears them openly mocking patients who are unvaccinated.
“It’s absolutely sickening to hear, but patients who are not vaccinated are being treated differently. It never starts as action, it always starts as words. People say things like,’If they don’t have the vaccine they should be at the bottom of the list.’ Or they’ll say, ‘They made their choice, they shouldn’t be allowed to come to the hospital.’ I’ve heard this stuff from people with my own ears,” Joe said.
“A homeless drug addict comes in and we give him the best care we can give him, knowing he’ll probably be back in a month. But when it comes to Covid, it’s like a cult,” Joe said.
When nurses and techs leave their shifts, they make reports to the next professionals taking over. They’ll describe the patient and explain, for example, if he is asthmatic, diabetic, and what medications he takes. But now, a new item has been added to the report: Is the patient vaccinated?
“I say, what difference does it make if they are vaccinated or unvaccinated? It should not change anything we do to care for people. To hear that slipped into the report is disturbing.”
Joe says this new addition to reports presents an opening for bias against the patient.
One patient with a serious case of Covid repeatedly told a doctor that she had been vaccinated, and when the doctor left her room, he told a group of colleagues that he didn’t believe her, that if she had been vaccinated, she would not have Covid.
Joe says the conversations among professionals around other diseases and treatments have always been open and respectful, in the spirit of scientific inquiry. People use logic and and are open to new theories, and also have a healthy dose of doubt. But around Covid, there’s only one accepted point of view: Vaccines.
“If you say you’ve heard of a study about Vitamin D, the’ll say, ‘Oh that’s crap, it’s just a correlation.’ They won’t even consider it,” he said. He believes there is prejudice against studies being conducted in countries like India or Bangladesh, because they are not from the more highly developed world.
Doctors are cherry-picking the information they use to push vaccines, something Joe has never seen them do before. They don’t want to hear about Ivermectin, and dismiss it as a horse deworming medicine.
Ivermectin, which is used to treat malaria, river blindness, and other parasitic diseases, has not been accepted by mainstream medicine for use with Covid, although it is being used in other countries with apparent success. The scientists who developed the medication won the Nobel Prize for having done so, but Covid-19 wasn’t around when the medication was invented.
“The faith covidians will not listen to anything. All they say is the vaccine is safe, the vaccine works, take the vaccine. This is why I call it a cult,” They’re no longer thinking like scientists, Joe said.
And yet, these are highly intelligent people, very knowledgeable and experienced in medicine. He would trust them with his health in every other respect. But they have developed a blind spot for this virus. “They will not consider evidence that they don’t agree with,” he said. “They would not do that with any other disease.”
He is quick to point out that there are many, many vaccinated people he works with who are not part of that culture of bullying and coercion, and find it as offensive as he does. They remain supportive of those who are making a different decision, and some of them have expressed regret or skepticism for getting the vaccine, which appears to have limitations and sometimes has affected people adversely. But they did it to keep their jobs. These vaccinated allies have told Joe that when all the unvaccinated people are fired, the ones left behind are not going to do two jobs — they’ll just become traveling nurses. They blame hospital management and say they are not going to be picking up the pieces of the mess management is making.
As for the unvaccinated, while they are treated increasingly like “vermin” in the hospital, they have formed an informal support group that meets quietly. They’re not on social media, and joining the group is not easy. It’s extremely confidential.
“It’s an underground group, and we talk about how we are preparing to pay the consequences for our decisions to remain unvaccinated. We’re looking at bartering, we’re saving our money,” he said. It’s a culture of support and information-sharing for how they will survive the culling.
Joe is resigned to the fact he’ll be fired from his job; he just doesn’t know when. There are 30 patients on ventilators in Alaska right now, and the state needs medical technicians like him to run the ventilators and other equipment. He expects he’ll be put on an “unvaccinated list” in his hospital’s Human Resources department but he’ll be able to work a month past the deadline for vaccines, or until they find someone to fill his role.
It won’t be that easy for hospital management, however. Some workers who are vaccinated still are coming down with Covid and are having to take many days or even weeks off from work.
Joe talked to some of his “unvaccinated underground” colleagues before he confided in Must Read Alaska. They’ve seen the mainstream media reports and note that the same medical professionals are being interviewed over and over. Those with dissenting views are not interviewed.
They told him to explain that when they’re gone, the people left behind to work their shifts are going to be even more overworked. The nurses and techs being brought in from out of state are not enough to replace all the medical workers being fired, and they’ll only be filling in through the end of the year. The pressure on those left behind to care for patients is going to be enormous.
“Who is going to care for your family members when we’re gone?” Joe said they asked him to convey.

Nazis didn’t wake up in 1933 and start segregating, beating, firing, denying services, incarcerating, mass transporting to death camps, starving, mass killing and mass graves all in the first day. It took over ten years of gradual, subtle, incremental steps. There is valid similarity when compared to what occurred in 1933 Germany. Jumping straight to the holocaust to deny the genesis of the persecution in order to win an argument by only recognizing the extreme is evil at best.

By bringing notice to others who aren’t paying attention so they can do there own thinking rather than assume our government would never do such a thing. You do realize that it’s not just the Nazis that have done the exact same actions you are describing? The actions you are describing have happened time and time again across human history, on small and large scales, and many times more recently than the Holocaust. The reason so many, on the left and the right, try and attach themselves to the Jews from the Holocaust is because the imagery is still relatively fresh in our collective minds and they want to be perceived as the ultimate victim. Most of us are familiar with the story of the Holocaust, and we can (or should) understand the common revulsion to being likened unto such evil. The sooner that respiratory therapist leaves their job, the safer patients in that hospital will be. Last month, Providence had a patient contract COVID-19 while under care for an UNRELATED illness.
Unvaccinated healthcare workers are nothing but DOMESTIC TERRORISTS, destroying from within the very system we are relying upon to heal pandemic sickness and prevent its further spread.

The state data shows that from Sept 26 until October 2 there were 7,242 new covid cases 1,686 (23%) were vaccine breakthroughs, there were 109 new hospitalizations 16 (15%) of which were vaccine breakthroughs, and fatalities increased by 26, 1 (4%) of which was a vaccine breakthrough.

COVID-19 is not a viral pneumonia. It is a viral vascular endotheliitis and attacks the lining of blood vessels, particularly the small pulmonary alveolar capillaries, leading to endothelial cell activation and sloughing, coagulopathy, sepsis, pulmonary edema, and ARDS-like symptoms. This is a disease of the blood and blood vessels. The circulatory system. Any pneumonia that it causes is secondary to that.
In severe cases, this leads to sepsis, blood clots, and multiple organ failure, including hypoxic and inflammatory damage to various vital organs, such as the brain, heart, liver, pancreas, kidneys, and intestines.
Some of the most common laboratory findings in COVID-19 are elevated D-dimer, elevated prothrombin time, elevated C-reactive protein, neutrophilia, lymphopenia, hypocalcemia, and hyperferritinemia, essentially matching a profile of coagulopathy and immune system hyperactivation/immune cell exhaustion.
COVID-19 can present as almost anything, due to the wide tropism of SARS-CoV-2 for various tissues in the body’s vital organs. While its most common initial presentation is respiratory illness and flu-like symptoms, it can present as brain inflammation, gastrointestinal disease, or even heart attack or pulmonary embolism.
COVID-19 is more severe in those with specific comorbidities, such as obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. This is because these conditions involve endothelial dysfunction, which renders the circulatory system more susceptible to infection and injury by this particular virus.
The vast majority of COVID-19 cases are mild and do not cause significant disease. In known cases, there is something known as the 80/20 rule, where 80% of cases are mild and 20% are severe or critical. However, this ratio is only correct for known cases, not all infections. The number of actual infections is much, much higher. Consequently, the mortality and morbidity rate is lower. However, COVID-19 spreads very quickly, meaning that there are a significant number of severely-ill and critically-ill patients appearing in a short time frame.
In those who have critical COVID-19-induced sepsis, hypoxia, coagulopathy, and ARDS, the most common treatments are intubation, injected corticosteroids, and blood thinners. This is not the correct treatment for COVID-19. In severe hypoxia, cellular metabolic shifts cause ATP to break down into hypoxanthine, which, upon the reintroduction of oxygen, causes xanthine oxidase to produce tons of highly damaging radicals that attack tissue. This is called ischemia-reperfusion injury, and it’s why the majority of people who go on a ventilator are dying. In the mitochondria, succinate buildup due to sepsis does the same exact thing; when oxygen is reintroduced, it makes superoxide radicals. Make no mistake, intubation will kill people who have COVID-19.
The end-stage of COVID-19 is severe lipid peroxidation, where fats in the body start to “rust” due to damage by oxidative stress. This drives autoimmunity. Oxidized lipids appear as foreign objects to the immune system, which recognizes and forms antibodies against OSEs, or oxidation-specific epitopes. Also, oxidized lipids feed directly into pattern recognition receptors, triggering even more inflammation and summoning even more cells of the innate immune system that release even more destructive enzymes. This is similar to the pathophysiology of Lupus.
COVID-19’s pathology is dominated by extreme oxidative stress and neutrophil respiratory burst, to the point where hemoglobin becomes incapable of carrying oxygen due to heme iron being stripped out of heme by hypochlorous acid. No amount of supplemental oxygen can oxygenate blood that chemically refuses to bind O2.

If there are enough “underground” medical staff, perhaps they can band together and start an outpatient clinic that is not biased and willing to treat anyone who walks through the door. You read my mind. I was thinking that is a great idea. Maybe some of them can make home visits, when Providence hospital doesn’t want to treat the unvaccinated. We all know that Providence hospital is the one being talked about. they’re the only ones with doctors/ceos that are refusing to admit they are wrong. Time will prove out.

It may be that the chance of death is lower being vaccinated but according to the CDC in a recent study about 36% of hospitalized have been vaccinated. A medical worker who just spent a day bullying their unvaccinated patients and coworkers could die in a car accident enroute going home after leaving the workplace. If no one corrected them during the day, how likely will had they repented before their sudden death?

We, as a nation of glutinous, over indulging, spoiled, unfit, tobacco and drug insistent, self destructive beings have been the biggest burden on our hospital. Hospitals use to just have occupants of non man made diseases, MVA’s and occupational injuries. That wasn’t feeding the medical industry enough money so we pushed bad habits and unhealthy lifestyles as the norm to make them rich and powerful and we made it easy for them.

My husband is an unvaccinated provider about to lose his job but will not cave, we would rather go hungry at this point than give in. Insurance Corporations only pay for non Covid-19 related Deaths/Medical Care. I would wager, if Covid-19 is anywhere on paperwork or charts that Insurance is not billed. Thanks to the Biden Administrations Corrupt Policies COVID-19 funds are unlimited. What do we get for Our Tax Dollars? Fear, Division and ever changing Science and non Science designed to keep this Covid-19 thing going on forever. Politics and Money, Power and Control!!!
If Body Cams can be required for Law Enforcement, why not require all Medical Professionals while on Duty, Body Recorders when talking to Patients and Family, Hospital Administration and Human Resources. Maybe than the conversations would get back to Patient Care.

While for some reason HIPPA does not apply to Covid (so some pimple faced 17 y/o at the performing arts center gets to ask for my vaccination status), it still applies to all other medical interactions a patient has with his provider ( we will see how long that will last). However recording staff interactions, bullying and such may be legal. Also I think patients can record their interaction with providers.
Anyone going to a drive through testing site has to sign their rights away tonget the test. Hippa included. I wonder how many sheep actually read what they signed.

I recently used a drive through testing site in Fairbanks and got a quick-test to get into Canada. They originally said they didn’t have a quick-test but when I described my issue they changed their tune (saying they only had a few and I could get one under my circumstances).
The results were sent to my e-mail by the time I had driven to Delta.

The drive thru testing site gave other tests as well and nobody had to sign their rights away. What does a quick-test have to do with anything? I suspect you’ve never been through one and are making this up.

Yes there are some trying impose mandates, some of these mandates are clearly unconstitutional whether some like it or not. Others are clearly constitutional, whether you like it or not. I have yet to see where mask or vaccine mandates have been enforced at gun point, at least in this county…if you have evidence of such please feel free to show it.

Last time I flew anywhere they said that you had to wear a mask in the airport and on the plane but not everyone was wearing a mask, I didn’t see anyone enforcing that with a gun pointed at anyones head.

What is the medical, treatment plan to make one better for the unvax’d vs vax’d? My friend who chose not to get the jab has been in since Sept 29th (around that time) and has not improved. One would think if there were a good treatment plan she’d be better or improved by now. Not in this case, her oxygen levels are still not up to power & her health for that matter. “The vaccines for COVID-19 are not sterilizing and do not prevent infection or transmission. They are “leaky” vaccines. This means they remove the evolutionary pressure on the virus to become less lethal. It also means that the vaccinated are perfect carriers. In other words, those who are vaccinated are a threat to the unvaccinated, not the other way around.
All of the COVID-19 vaccines currently in use have undergone minimal testing, with highly accelerated clinical trials. Though they appear to limit severe illness, the long-term safety profile of these vaccines remains unknown.
Some of these so-called “vaccines” utilize an untested new technology that has never been used in vaccines before. Traditional vaccines use weakened or killed virus to stimulate an immune response. The Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines do not. They are purported to consist of an intramuscular shot containing a suspension of lipid nanoparticles filled with messenger RNA. The way they generate an immune response is by fusing with cells in a vaccine recipient’s shoulder, undergoing endocytosis, releasing their mRNA cargo into those cells, and then utilizing the ribosomes in those cells to synthesize modified SARS-CoV-2 Spike proteins in-situ.
These modified Spike proteins then migrate to the surface of the cell, where they are anchored in place by a transmembrane domain. The adaptive immune system detects the non-human viral protein being expressed by these cells, and then forms antibodies against that protein. This is purported to confer protection against the virus, by training the adaptive immune system to recognize and produce antibodies against the Spike on the actual virus. The J&J and AstraZeneca vaccines do something similar, but use an adenovirus vector for genetic material delivery instead of a lipid nanoparticle. These vaccines were produced or validated with the aid of fetal cell lines HEK-293 and PER.C6, which people with certain religious convictions may object strongly to.
SARS-CoV-2 Spike is a highly pathogenic protein on its own. It is impossible to overstate the danger presented by introducing this protein into the human body.
It is claimed by vaccine manufacturers that the vaccine remains in cells in the shoulder, and that SARS- CoV-2 Spike produced and expressed by these cells from the vaccine’s genetic material is harmless and inert, thanks to the insertion of prolines in the Spike sequence to stabilize it in the prefusion conformation, preventing the Spike from becoming active and fusing with other cells. However, a pharmacokinetic study from Japan showed that the lipid nanoparticles and mRNA from the Pfizer vaccine did not stay in the shoulder, and in fact bioaccumulated in many different organs, including the reproductive organs and adrenal glands, meaning that modified Spike is being expressed quite literally all over the place. These lipid nanoparticles may trigger anaphylaxis in an unlucky few, but far more concerning is the unregulated expression of Spike in various somatic cell lines far from the injection site and the unknown consequences of that.
Messenger RNA is normally consumed right after it is produced in the body, being translated into a protein by a ribosome. COVID-19 vaccine mRNA is produced outside the body, long before a ribosome translates it. In the meantime, it could accumulate damage if inadequately preserved. When a ribosome attempts to translate a damaged strand of mRNA, it can become stalled. When this happens, the ribosome becomes useless for translating proteins because it now has a piece of mRNA stuck in it, like a lace card in an old punch card reader. The whole thing has to be cleaned up and new ribosomes synthesized to replace it. In cells with low ribosome turnover, like nerve cells, this can lead to reduced protein synthesis, cytopathic effects, and neuropathies.”

Use discernment and research facts. There is NO jab mandate for employers with 100 or more workers. There is NO FDA approved COVID jab. It is unconstitutional to force an experiment on anyone. All of the COVID jabs are under Emergency Authorization and have NOT completed required safety trials to be approved vaccines. Any employer that forces the jab on employees is violating the Nuremberg Code. Check out Senator Johnson’s (Wisconsin) statements regarding FDA’s approval of Comridity’s application, don’t believe me. Look for the DOD whistleblower data where more than 50,000 Medicare patients have died after receiving the jab(s), which will eventually be proven to be crimes against humanity. Look for the Veritas whistleblower information on Pfizer. Lies, lies, lies everywhere. The truth will set us free.

Well here’s the latest little tidbit from the center for conservatism, Harvard:
‘At the country-level, there appears to be no discernable relationship between percentage of population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases in the last 7 days (Fig. 1). In fact, the trend line suggests a marginally positive association such that countries with higher percentage of population fully vaccinated have higher COVID-19 cases per 1 million people.’
The study is peer reviewed, released 17 August and accepted 9 September; Increases in COVID‑19 are unrelated to levels of vaccination across 68 countries and 2947 counties in the United States (title of .pdf). Think the know-it-alls will listen to Harvard?
