Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against Pfizer’s Covid shot in November for “unlawfully misrepresenting the effectiveness of the company’s Covid-19 vaccine and attempting to censor public discussion of the product.”
Paxton’s alleged Pfizer made “unsupported claims” and made the public think the protection from the “vaccine” was durable. Additionally, information was withheld from the public, while Pfizer used a campaign of intimidation to con people into believing they were doing the right thing to protect their loved ones. Paxton said this was in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act. The lawsuit is still pending.
Just recently, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach also sued Pfizer, alleging the company “made misleading claims” about the effectiveness and safety of the shot and the potential side-effects. Kobach says Pfizer provided misinformation and misled Kansas citizens into believing the shot had minimal side effects, and that the company hid information concerning the shot’s link to myocarditis and pregnancy complications. Kobach said Pfizer misled Kansans by telling them the shot was effective, even while it knew its “effectiveness” waned over time. Nor did the shot protect against all the variants the Covid virus spins off.
Kobach went on to state that Covid-19 cases continued to rise even after a widespread vaccination push in which some areas saw more deaths of vaccinated persons than those not vaccinated.
The lawsuit notes: “How did Pfizer respond when it became apparent that its vaccine was failing, and the viability of its cash cow shot was threatened? By intimidating those spreading the truth and by conspiring to censor its critics, Pfizer labeled as ‘criminals’ those who spread facts about the vaccine. It accused them of spreading ‘misinformation.’ And it coerced social media platforms to silence prominent truth-tellers.”
Kansas seeks from Pfizer, “civil monetary penalties, damages, and injunctive relief from misleading and deceptive statements made in marketing its COVID-19 vaccine.” In the complaint, Kobach alleges Pfizer deliberately hid, suppressed and omitted material facts relating to the COVID-19 vaccine. The “most egregious” facts dealt with safety of pregnant women and problems with heart conditions. Add to this the fact the shots weren’t effective with new variants, nor did the jab even stop viral transmission.
“Pfizer marketed its vaccine as safe for pregnant women,” Kobach said. “However, in February of 2021 (they) possessed reports of 458 pregnant women who received Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine during pregnancy. More than half of the pregnant women reported an adverse event, and more than 10% reported a miscarriage.”
There have indeed been research reports on pregnancy and miscarriages. Some government reports stated there was no higher risk for “vaccinated” Covid women. Other research reports showed there was an increase in major maternal child side-effects.
Pfizer had started a research project on pregnant women but ended the study prior to completion. The research project was overcome by events as the government had already stated the jab was okay for pregnant wome,n despite having limited data to support that conclusion. And pregnant women believed they were doing the right thing, rolling up their sleeves.
In June of 2021, the CDC warned that the Covid jab was having a negative effect on the heart such as myocarditis and pericarditis, especially in young men.
Yet when Albert Bourla, Pfizer CEO, was asked in January, 2023 if the jab caused severe myocarditis, he said, “We have not seen a single signal, although we have distributed billions of doses.”
“However, Pfizer knew the United States government, the United States military, foreign governments and others have found that Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine caused myocarditis and pericarditis,” Attorney General Kobach said.
Kobach also pointed out this was a cash cow for Pfizer. The company “earned $75 billion in just two years thanks to its ‘misrepresentation’ of the vaccine.”
Pfizer has claimed “the lawsuit AG Kobach is without merit.” “The representations made by Pfizer about its Covid-19 vaccine have been accurate and science-based,” the company said in a statement.
But Kobach says that five additional states will be joining his lawsuit—the only confirmed state of the five is Idaho.
Who wants to bet Alaska won’t be one of the five? As the truth keeps coming out through Congressional hearings etc., more and more lawsuits will surely follow.

Don’t tell certain commenters on MRAK that the shots were not safe and effective. They are absolutely sure, beyond any reasonable doubt, the “vaccine” saved their life.
There is a section of the population who can not or will not ever be able to admit the shots were not as advertised.
It is a big an article of religious dogma to them as my belief in Christ is to me.
Better to just let them be.
And more unsupported fodder for anti-vaccine statists/quislings like yourself. Follow the lawsuits closely and see how they pan out when you actually have to show proof of widespread harm. Kind of like Trumps “rigged election” lawsuits. My money is on them losing. We shall see.
Also, “truth” and “Congressional hearings” like the ones being headed up by Jim Jordan are direct opposites of one another. Want proof? Where is the vote to impeach Biden?
It worked for me. Prove me wrong goof. I did read that Alaska’s batch wasn’t stored correctly and got too warm, making them less effective. Fortunately, I received the Florida batch.

I know of no associates or friends who died of covid but I know of 4 people who died within 4 months of getting the shot- cancer or myocarditis . One within 2 days.
4 more who are still alive that now have myocarditis or cancer diagnosis soon after the shot .
One of them is clinging to life as his myocarditis is so problematic.

I actually know many who died. You should get out more.
I know and saw over 10 people who died of covid. All but 1 refused to get vaccinated. The one who was vaccinated and died was an elder with other health risks. Believe what you like. The others were a mix of young and elderly.
I worked at ANMC (Alaska Native Medical Center) for many years, though not as a nurse or doctor. When COVID-19 hit, many of us successfully transitioned to working from home. After Jill Biden visited the hospital, the vaccine was made mandatory. ANMC denied all religious exemptions, stating they didn’t have to follow the Human Rights Act. We were given an ultimatum: take the vaccine or lose our jobs. Many of us felt unsafe taking the vaccine, but our concerns were ignored.
I asked for a letter of termination so I could qualify for unemployment benefits. However, when I applied for unemployment, I ran into issues because ANMC falsely reported that I had quit. This made my life very difficult for quite a while and I’m still financially and physically recovering. (Having been terminated from my beloved job, I gained weight and became depressed for a while.) While I’m on the upswing, it is still a hard memory to look back on.
I was also terminated for requesting both religious AND medical exemption (due to previous vaccine reaction). Before termination, I recall a discussion among cardiologists (external from ANMC) about a new phenomenon and diagnosis: myopericarditis. Now that term doesn’t trigger spell check! My two best jobs were lost over COVID (a second over ‘Paxlovid for every COVID’). While it cost me deep financially, it costs our ‘customer-owners every day with loss of family members and continuing health problems. YOU own ANMC! It is up to you to demand accountability.
No, Alaskan Natives do not own ANMC – the government owns ANMC. If ANTHC/ANMC/Southcentral were 100% off of the government teat, then maybe you could make that statement.
Hang in there. We have a friend who refused the clot shot and was fired from a decent paying position at the local clinic near Talkeetna. My hope is that these lawsuits will open up the possibility for your own lawsuit against these clinics and hospitals.
Appreciate your sharing how the created Covid crisis/”vaccine” scam affects so many people, the people who actually have the ability to think, and not just blindly comply with whatever faulty policies are placed on staff, who were forced to end careers. ANMC, Norton Sound and so many companies/entities nation wide purged themselves of their best and essential employees by forcing the “vaccines” as a condition of remaining in employment. The organizations are now of much lower quality as “health” providers than they were already. This is compounded by the fact that the motivation was monetary, in the form of federal grants to push the use of these toxic Rx products. There is no excuse for the “health” industry to be involved as the products were/are obviously not a vaccine, and nor were/are they effective in preventing or spreading the ever mutating virus. We had lost so many relatives and friends over the decades due to the general incompetence of ANMC and Norton Sound, the Covid policies have been the worst yet. It is inexcusable but illustrates the vindictiveness of ANMC to make false claims against you after failing to force you to compromise your life and health permanently. While not behaving to the extremity of some states, our state government and particularly the Governor failed to protect the public and our rights. Watching the dramatic increase of premature deaths, cardio issues, turbo cancers and increase in what were once described as “rare” diseases amongst relatives and neighbors, refusing the toxins was the best choice for you. The Governor should join in lawsuits against big Pharma to recoup financial hardships suffered by the victims of the toxic products and persons who lost careers and jobs.
I am sorry and offer my condolences for your situation, however with what I have seen and heard about ANMC……you’re better off.
You’ve got your faith, character, morals and health intact. That’s more than most people these days.
Any company that did this to their people, native or not, should have to face the ramifications of their actions and not be allowed to hide behind “the science at the time….” They knew exactly what they were doing.
“Dr Jill” went door to door saving everyone’s life with a very expensive “vaccine” to prevent an ugly engineered virus bought and paid for with American’s tax dollars so her wonderful mate could import the worlds criminals and then they could become their victims.
Take that energy from thinking back on that hard memory to teach other Alaska Natives what is happening to them and the rest of the world

I hope they make Pfizer bleed. Don’t kill them, make them bleed. And have them admit publicly, both on video and in writing that they lied.
Plus the investigation needs to include any government employees who pushed, promoted, or benefited from this. Regardless of what administration they were under.
The main reason they need to be hurt is simple. This blatant disregard for reality did massive damage to the trust people have in the institutions who exist to protect them.
Putting them out of business doesn’t hurt them enough.

I read one article that was pushing the narrative that if a pregnant woman got the jab that they would also be immunizing the baby. Talk about misinformation!!!! Oh yeah, follow the science.

People all across the western nations have suffered immeasurably from this mass atrocity. The unified government respond across all western nations has resulted in the biggest mass murder and abuse of power in history.
It is coming to light that ethnic Europeans, especially the elderly were the most adversely effected demographic, and it has effected fertility rendering future generations non existent as well. A crime beyond comprehension against ALL peoples and cultures.

The medical heads need the maximum punishment, after a trial. The Pratice of medicine has become malpractice in the case of c19.
Any doctor or public health official who received any financial incentive from Pfizer to push the Covid “vaccine” onto patients or the general public should also be subject to potential lawsuits.
