Anchorage voter turnout appears ‘meh’ so far

0

Based on the ballots received by the Municipality so  so far — 38,856 out of 198,000 mailed to voters — Must Read Alaska is predicting a 22-23 percent turnout for the Anchorage municipal election, which ends April 3. Voters are deciding on the mayor, three school board seats and 10 ballot propositions, including Prop. 10, which is the largest transfer of a publicly owned entity in Alaska state history (sale of ML&P to Chugach Electric)
