Scott Miller once saved lives in rural Washington with breathing treatments and early Covid care. Today, the physician’s assistant is fighting for the right to practice medicine in Alaska, after Washington State branded him a “grave danger to public health” and stripped his license, simply for using Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine.
Miller’s Washington State license was revoked because he dared to fight the medical associations and mainstream media mafia — he used Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine to treat Covid during the pandemic.
Miller worked in a rural Washington community. He had initial success in treating Covid patients with breathing treatments and learned that patients he sent to the hospital died. Consequently, his focus was to stop patients from being hospitalized and getting them out of the hospital when he could.
Things were going well, with more people seeking him out for help. Then he spoke at a medical freedom rally at the state capital; that resulted in 150 complaints filed against him with the Washington Medical Commission.
Other than one patient who complained PA Miller didn’t wear a mask, no real patient complaints were levied. And no patients were harmed.
None of that seemed to matter to the WMC. They initially suspended his license, accusing him of spreading misinformation and violating the standard of care. They also asked him to undergo a neuropsychiatric evaluation, which he refused to do.
On Oct 25, 2023, the WMC permanently revoked his license because he “represents a grave danger to public health and safety. The Commission concludes that (Miller) cannot be rehabilitated, and that permanent revocation is a necessary and appropriate resolution to this case.”
Wow! Saving people’s lives by using repurposed drugs gets your license permanently revoked in Washington.
In my many years of nursing, I have seen doctors who were once addicted to cocaine, and nurses who stole narcotics from patients in pain, and doctors who did really bad malpractice yet they kept their license. Yes, the drug addicted personnel had to go through rehab. But Miller’s “crime” led to people getting well and keeping patients out of the hospital. Somehow that was more serious in the eyes of the WMC.
Fast forward to Miller applying for a medical license in Alaska. Miller was originally turned down by the Alaska State Medical Board (ASMB) due to the decision from WMC.
Miller appealed the ASMB decision and on August 20, 2025, Chief Administrative Law Judge Joan Wilson presided over an appeal hearing on whether the ASMB should reconsider its decision. A short synopsis from Broken Truth.TV at this link. Connect to the link for a more thorough review.
The appeal hearing lasted eight hours. Miller defended his actions as clinically justified and supported by patient outcomes. He highlighted Alaska’s 2021 ASMB decision supporting physician discretion when a group of local doctors tried to remove the medical licenses from several of our courageous doctors.
The state, represented by attorney Mr. Higgins, relied solely on the decision from the WMC.
Several doctors, including one from Alaska, testified on Miller’s behalf. Dr. Tom Grissom, who specializes in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, noted Alaska’s freer medical environment—free from mandates that afflicted Washington. Grissom treated over 1,000 patients with Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine without hospitalizations and placed high-risk patients on prophylaxis. Grissom presented testimony that painted Miller as a “victim of politicized medicine”.
Several pastors also testified on how Miller saved members of their family and the church family with his treatment protocols.
This hearing is really at the center of the medical tyranny during the Covid years. It depicts the tension that exists among state medical boards, federal guidelines, and individual healthcare practitioner autonomy.
Supporters see Miller as a hero who saved lives. Other critics cite ethical breaches.
The Alaska Medical Board’s final decision is expected in 30-60 days. I am prayerful it will remember how the board allowed our doctors medical autonomy and weren’t sidelined by the crazed Covidians who saw only one way to approach the disease–the government way. I hope the board cuts through the noise and does the right thing.
Several of the doctors speaking at our Alaskans4personalfreedom event have also been harmed by regulatory agencies. Dr. Pierre Kory, our keynote speaker, lost three certifications for preaching early treatment modalities.
Dr. Ryan Cole had his license restricted in Washington for five years for treating patients with Ivermectin. The WMC said he could still do pathology consults as the state needed that expertise.
Dr. Meryl Nass lost her board certification. Unbelievably, she was required to undergo neuropsychiatric evaluation and alcohol/drug evaluation. Yet she still had her license to practice medicine suspended for the same crime—using Ivermectin to treat Covid patients.
All three speakers will be at our Alaskans 4 Personal Freedom conference on 11 October 2025 at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium. Dr. Kory will discuss the “War on Ivermectin”; Dr. Cole will present on “Be Your Own Best Doctor” and things you can do for yourself; and Dr. Nass will present on “The Attack on Farming, food, and our Health”.
Other presenters will give you information about healthcare legal and legislation successes; parental choice in education and the new Federal Tax Credit Scholarship program in the Big Beautiful Bill; Artificial Intelligence and its effect on your children’s critical thinking; and the stakeholder economy and its threat to the American economy. Our very own Dr. Farr will discuss medical topics relevant to medicine in Alaska.
Interested? We have phenomenal nationally recognized speakers. Tickets are only $55 for an all-day event including lunch. Go to https://ak4pf.org/2025-conference/ to purchase tickets. And students are free with student ID—just no lunch. Hope to see you there!

Holy cry!
After everything that has happened since 2020, what actually worked prophylacticly and post-exposure, and the FACT big Pharma needed no working treatments to get the EUA, this is literally inconceivable.
Even CDC took down their ad admonishing “don’t take horse goop”. Sad as that was the easiest form of ivermectin to acquire. And, it worked!
I hope Scott Miller is made whole.
No, it doesn’t work against covid. Get a clue. I suppose you think the earth is flat as well?
Yes it does work cman you need to get a clue.
Give me your sources that back up your claim.
You sound vaxxed. Explains much.
I could explain it to you, but I can’t understand it for you.
Show me your proof. The facts say otherwise.
It absolutely worked for me. I took human grade, Ivermectin as compounded by a pharmacy. My fever, in fact ALL symptoms were gone by the morning. Yep, tested as positive.
As a former PA, I applaud PA Miller for his strength, courage, and willingness to do the best for patients seeking his care. Thousands (likely more) of Covid diagnosed patients were told to go home with no treatment but go to the ER if breathing got difficult. Then they were hospitalized and died from the Fauci protocol treatment Remdesivir (should be called RemDeathIsNear). Many other physicians who did the same as PA Miller had great success with early treatment and avoiding hospitalization. When we got Covid, my spouse and I took Ivermectin successfully after educating ourselves on Dr. Kory’s FLCCC website. To this day we are profoundly grateful for the information from FLCCC (now renamed Independent Medical Alliance). PA Miller was used by the state of Washington as an example and to scare/intimidate anyone who dared to question the Covidian narrative. ASMB should approve his license. Then I hope he chooses to work in the Kenai Peninsula area of Alaska.
I am not a medical professional. I do question a socialist/Marxist regime in Washington state. They seem to be autocratic and unbending like my state. How many elderly people died in Pennsylvania because Governor Wolf and his homely, ugly guy in a dress and a wig threw plague sufferers into nursing homes. Not the ugly guy’s mother. She got moved from a nursing home to a hotel. No one paid for the deaths and the chief culprit, who would make Mengele appear human, Fauci, gets a blanket pardon from demented President Ice Cream. .
Great news! We are finally at the point of revoking medical licenses!
Lets start with every physician who recommended the COVID vax for children and newborns. Then move on to any pharmacist who refused to fill prescriptions for Ivermectin.
Ivermectin should be a choice use today and in the Covid pandemic. The powers that be from the White House and the disgraced Fauci wouldn’t allow it’s use as it had no investment market profit the large pharma companies could produce in high relevancy on the open market. The White House was taken in by Fouci and Communist China over all meds to use. Using Ivermectin would have limited the “shots” and the dramatic fake promotion of the Covid. From the White House to the streets, profits were the marker and distribution of shots called vaccines made money. Ivermectin could cure and was a good choice in treatment but did not make a profit that the big pharma companies had planned with the white house. So, the use of it was stifled by CDC, White House, medical associations and hospitals and clinics across the country. Today Ivermectin should be open for use in treatment and put on the market to be used throughput the USA. Fouci’s testimony for three and a half weeks proved that the shots given were just that and not a vaccine. If this country is lucky, Fouci should be tried for his participation with China in the Covid virus creation. The abuse is with leaders and pharma. Use of Ivermectin that was on the market at the time to distribute should not have put anyone on a danger of licensing losses.
Ahhh, a choice! Yes, I applaud the right to choose and body autonomy.
Maybe it’s also because ivermectin is useless in treating covid. That might have something to do with it.
You line up at the Kamala trough no doubt. Keep your uninformed trash to yourself.
Those who lie will pay for it in a very hot place. Just stop.
I would love to see Miller sue the lefty state of Washington, and win big bucks for their egregious treatment of him.
And never forget that every communist country uses psychiatry as a political weapon against dissenters. Luckily, we have laws against involuntary commitments, otherwise Scott Miller would have found himself committed, medicated, and abused, just as communists do…. If the People’s Republic of Washington would have had their way and had been able to, he would have been committed. You can take that to the bank…..
While lame duck Dunleavy is bravely stepping forward to encourage people to think about getting rid of RCV which per Bob Bird’s editorial, he can actually do with the stroke of a pen, maybe Dunleavy should take on another issue of defending Scott Miller. Or even better, instigate a real investigation into the excess deaths in Alaska after the jab. I could give him a list of 15 people in my very small community who died right after getting the jab and/or had turbo cancer that killed them quickly. While he’s on a bravery tour, push for the medical board to review Dr. Zink and her role in the “covid” tragedy….instead her career has been catapulted and she’s treated like a hero.
Thank you for this article. As a retired nurse, I am appalled at how much the government is now meddling in our health. We all know the phrase, ‘Do No Harm’, but the powers that be sometimes forget that harming a patient can include neglecting to do what is beneficial. One of the characteristics of high intelligence is the ability to think outside the box when solving problems. Innovation is definitely a factor in progress. So why are medical boards still sitting in the box and ignoring methods that work? Fear? Fear is the enemy of creativity and innovation. It has a domino effect. When fear causes a practitioner to lose his license and practice despite success with his methods, it plants a seed of fear in other practitioners. The result is a regression in the quality of medical care. Safety is good. When a treatment has negative outcomes, the treatment is stopped. That’s a good thing. Pulling a license should not depend on opinion or interpretation. The decision should rest on visible evidence and results. Hence, the term, ‘evidence-based practice’.
I sure appreciate Ur insight. I do feel for the Dr.s ; having to follow set protocols. The skilled Dr.s know how to treat ea. Patient as an Individual. All the gov’t insurance rules -> a Dr should not have to worry about how to code seemingly everything they do! I inherited a neuro muscular disease and few medical people “ get it” & treat me like a person w/ a normal body. Thank God I ve found 2 Dr.s in Mat Su that understand my predicaments! I m at least 3 rd generation with CMT so I ve had plenty of time observing my father and grandfather with this disease & I ve done decades of studying on my own. There s Dr.s I ve seen 1x bc they had no clue s re my body!
Scott Miller is a victim of the medical system that was co-opted during the fake pandemic. Flu disappeared and Covid took its place. The pharmaceutical companies had a new technology, mRNA, that they wanted to test so they used their bought and paid for political influence at the federal and state levels to vilify any medical alternatives. It was criminal collusion between government and Big Pharma. The result was many unnecessary deaths and the destruction of the medical careers of some of our best doctors, nurses, PAs, etc. It’s disgusting that it continues to this day. What is not discussed in this article is something just as bad…the loss of patient choice. Individual medical freedom. The personal right to decide which medical treatment you want to choose, good or bad, right or wrong. We now live under a form of medical tyranny with doctors following the scripts prepared by their Big Pharma masters to decide what treatments patients can obtain. Doctors now push drugs and meter out basic medical tests and care like they work in an Indian call center surrounded by binders full of scripted answers written by drug companies focused on maximizing profits instead of providing care. Go talk with your care provider and count up how many vaccinations or drugs he or she recommends without ever exploring your family or medical history or your lifestyle. It’s just take this drug or get this vax…why? Because that’s the script. Do your own medical research. Read what’s out there on approved government websites or in the published medical journals and then quiz your doctor on his or her rationale for the recommendations being made and watch your medical professional squirm because they don’t know what you’re talking about and see how fast you get dismissed. During the scamdemic everyone was talking about the Covid spike protein. The mRNA death jab was designed to trick your body into producing massive amounts of the spike protein to induce an immune response that was then expected to protect you against infection. Of course it didn’t protect you and we learned later that the spike protein is incredibly dangerous. So I visited my local physician after the big “pandemic” had run its course and he recommended that I get the mRNA jab (???). Why? No reason, just what Big Pharma recommended to keep the profits rolling in. I asked him what he thought about the spike protein controversy AND HE DID’NT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! Never heard of the spike protein, he told me as he assured me that he was widely read on the subject of Covid and the vax. My doctor was the medical analog of the Indian call center rep who couldn’t find the answer to my questions in his binders full of prepared scripts. We’re conditioned to obey the authority figures that society gives us and doctors are in that group but the medical community has been taken over by corporate interests and your frontline medical professionals have become salespeople for Big Pharma. There’s a vaccination for everything and a drug for every ailment and a standardized script taught in every medical school that your medical professional learned to guide their recommendations…recommendations that result in you getting hooked on a cabinet full of prescriptions, maybe just to mask the symptoms you’re experiencing from the many vaccinations you got. My doctor isn’t a bad person. He’s just been handcuffed by a government/Big Pharma partnership enforced by government regulations enforced by medical boards and other “professional” medical organizations. If my doctor or my pharmacist disobeys the medical system they’ll be punished just like Scott Miller but they’re not alone because you, the patient, are also a victim of the same system. Don’t want to believe it? Push back against the next medical recommendation you get and see what happens.
Wow, you’re a one man industrialized misinformation complex. I hope you never avail yourself a modern medicine.
No doubt PJ has been convinced that smoking is actually beneficial and seatbelts are a risk because you might go into a river and can’t get the belt off. You can’t fix….
anyone with a brain doesn’t trust the medical establishment after the Covid scam. We all watched predatory Drs scam millions of dollars off the American tax payers in the midst of national emergency. And I have not mentioned big pharma yet. Multi trillion $ scumbags.
Cman continue to clutch you safe and effective fake vaccine!
Meanwhile, we have “people” like CMan and Sebastian show up in comments to ridicule without any facts or logical arguments. They are an artifact of social engineering to stop people from saying the truth and questioning the narrative. They are either bots/AI or paid posters. Either way, they are meant to engage and distract from the discussion and it’s best to ignore them.
In my opinion, the Alaska State Medical Board needs to be reviewed. During Covid when I had to go to the hospital, I asked my doctor for either Ivermectin or Hydroxy chlorine and was told that he could not administer it to me because he would lose his license. He said the Medical Board in AK had taken a hard stance on that issue. Consequently, I was given Remdesivir for treatment. Waiting for what comes next. But the above scenario should never have been allowed concerning what the doctor could or could not provide.
In another incident concerning cancer treatments for my wife, there were many discussions on what the doctor could or could not prescribe, due to the Board?
We’ve got enough weird doc’s up here now
Any chance of getting RFK Jr involved in reinstating his license?
Same ole same ole. Look up Dr. JonathanWright yrs ago in Wa. His office was raided & diagnostic equipment seized. He is Harvard graduate Dr. gone holistic. The common mistake – if the gifted “ healer” does a public talk etc that puts them on the “ establishments” radar. I worked holistic field 40 yr. & if I needed a Dr. -> Dr. Wrights clinic is where I d go. He did talks on radio & U can listen & learn a lot online. Yes – instead of spending tons of money and time to research new medication we should explore the repurposing of drugs. Thing is pharmaceutical companies don’t make the big money on that route like they do creating a new drug and having the sole rights to sell it for eight years and name their price. $$$. In those eight years if there are serious side effects do you think the company that manufactures it is going to be forthcoming with that info? If you repurpose a drug you have a long track record to show it’s not gonna kill people etc. 💜
Did a quick 990 search for Kory’s newer non profit org Independent Medical Alliance. I started with 2022, and geez…I have questions. So many red flags.
100k on office expenses for 4 people?!?
Over 600k on travel and conferences?!? No way.
Also, no info on who made contributions!?! That’s suspicious.
This is worthy of a deeper dive once I get back to the office.
The Form 990 you are referring to has a part B which lists donors and is held confidential. That is true for all 501c3 nonprofits. The Independent Medical Alliance spends much of its revenue on travel, lodging and meals while speaking at freedom loving conferences. The Alaska Covid Alliance, now Alaskans4PersonalFreedom, has had several speakers from the IMA at our past events. As you know, it’s not cheap flying to Alaska from anywhere Outside. The $100K on office expenses does not seem very high if it includes personnel salaries. The office expenses may also include contractors that handle handle travel arrangements, etc. Probably not much compared to the cost of K12 public education in Alaska at more than $22,000 per student!
Office expenses does not include salaries. Those are separate line items on form 990.
Office expense also do not include contractors, those are listed separately as well. I believe the 990 form for IMA in 2022 was just over $1mill.
And while, yes, flying to Alaska is expensive, there weren’t enough conferences in one year to justify such a high number. I would question all of this and ask for receipts. If you want your answers, follow the money.
Also, I don’t know why you would bring up the last sentence since this has nothing to do with public education. Diversion?
Worth mentioning, Kory’s salary from his non-profit is 368k a year. Decide what you think is right, but I do believe that is quite high for a non-profit annual salary.
I went down a rabbit hole. They list office expenses, but have no rent.
They have a director of marketing & a head of IT but yet spent 922,397 on a consulting firm specializing in marketing? IMA also claimed 1.5mill on contractors and another 1.1mil on consulting separately. I have so many more questions now.
Americans in WA will benefit from a review of many agencies that have drifted far from the limits imposed on tyranny by the US Constitution. Many free Americans feel stripped of civil rights by virtue of WA routinely not recognizing Americans’ rights while the agencies receive stipends from public trust funds. The reviews and corrections cannot come soon enough.
During Covid, I was prescribed Hydroxychloroquine as a preventative by a long standing well respected Anchorage doctor (now deceased). I brought the prescription to my normal pharmacy to be filled. They indicated that prescription could not be filled and kept the written prescription. In hindsight, I wish I had asked for the prescription back. Odd that they didn’t, but during Covid it doesn’t surprise me now, in hindsight. I would guess that that some state board nixed filling any prescriptions for Hydroxychloroquine in relation to Covid. I have since developed some medical issues that I wonder if the Hydroxychloroquine would have prevented. (I had a NP tell me my health issue was probably caused by taking the 1st Covid shots.) I feel that whatever powers to be cheated me from a healthier body now, by preventing me from filling a prescription from a long standing doctor in this community, but I’ll never know. Of course, in hindsight I wish I had not taken the 1st Covid shots either. Never again!
Linda, thank you for shining a spotlight on this issue.
If I understand you correctly, Dunleavy’s appointees to the Alaska State Medical Board initially prevented Miller from practicing medicine in Alaska, primarily due to his exercise of freedom of speech, forcing him to appeal? And now the decision is back in their hands?
Is the “Mr. Higgins” representing the state the same as Kevin Higgins with the Dept. of Law? And at the appeal hearing, the state continued to oppose Miller’s application to practice medicine here?
