Peltola at risk in 2024, added to ‘rescue’ list for Democrats

Rep. Mary Peltola is considered to be at risk for the 2024 election cycle, so the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee has put her on a list for special attention, and a lot of money. The list is known as the DCCC Frontline program to help Democrat incumbents in competitive seats. The committee will make sure these incumbents, who are now in the minority in Congress, have the campaign funds they need to retain their seats.

The Democrats are already working hard to save Peltola, placing two glowing stories in one week about her in the Politico online publication that is focused on national politics. They will use their prodigious fundraising machine Act Blue to raise millions in small-donor contributions from across the country. Peltola ended 2022 with over $691,000 cash on hand to seed the ground for her 2024 campaign.

The DCCC has set up a page devoted to Peltola on its website and has provided a link where people can donate to her. In its description of Alaska’s lone representative, it reminds people that Peltola spent over $7 million to win the seat in a state where former President Donald Trump won by 10 points in 2020.

“Mary has already accomplished so much for Alaskans. She has introduced eight bills already, one being The Food Security for all Veterans Act that was passed out of the House in her first three weeks in office. The Cook Political Report has labeled this district as “Lean Democrat,” but the GOP isn’t giving up just yet. Trump won this state by 10 points in 2020, and the GOP is eager to take back this longtime Republican stronghold. In 2022, Mary spent over $7 million to win this seat. We must ensure Rep. Peltola has the resources needed to keep AK-AL blue,” the DCCC said.

During the 2024 election cycle, there are 29 incumbent members that made the at-risk-seats Frontline list:

  1. So are they printing fake ballets and rigging the dominion voting machines?
The left is already looking how to cheat to win what’s the right gong to do about it ?
The right will cry and whine and go to court where they will loose just like Arizona.

  2. Hopefully she will be a ‘one hit wonder’ like Begich. Most will remember that Begich barely beat Stevens and under shady circumstances.

    • Get rid of RCV that is how she got where she is, she’d never be there without ranked choice vote.

  3. The woke puppet is only at risk if Alaska gets a handle on its vote fraud system. We need to remove the State from the ERIC System and cleanup our voter rolls. We also need to get rid of RCV.

  4. Whaaat? Already in electoral trouble?

Alaskans love and revere their “fish boat captain”. Right?

Without RCV, she’d never have been elected and will be out in 2 years.

    Good riddance, says I.

  5. Republicans need to be out in full force detailing the liberally progressive voting history she’s accumulating. She’s even to the left of Joe Biden on the DC crime bill and allowing illegal immigrants the right to vote in DC. Start the ads now, I’ll donate to that.

  6. Perhaps she should start representing her constituents, instead of being a cog in the mindless Democrat political machine?
    Just a suggestion.

  7. She technically wasn’t suppose to win last time, but she did. The GOP cannot get out of its own way. On one hand it’s good because it means we can purge the turncoats. On the other, it allows these Bernie Sanders types to skate by.

  8. Campaign, NO to:
    Fish
    Family
    Freedom.

Based on her record she left off a minor word of ‘No’ in front of each of them.

  9. The Democrats are already planning ahead. The only plan the Republicans have is to wail and moan after having their butts kicked again.

      • Actually Republicans care about free speech , non weaponized government, secure borders , not funding Ukraine without a audit trail, and last not least having a president that actually cares about how average Americans live and supporting American workers …. Democrats care about …… please do tell

  10. With millions of dollars flowing into the Peltola campaign, plus RCV, she has little to worry about. Pity the Republican who dares run against her, that person will be publicly skewered. Maybe the challenging Republican is a person of color, female, or even transgender? Forget it, those deflector shields go out the window when opposing Democrats.

    • So do you have a conservative in mind whose back is invulnerable to the long knives that are being sharpened as we type? Who is insane enough to even run after witnessing what conservatives have done to their candidates over the past five years from Trump down to the local school boards?

  11. We need 1 conservative to run against her. There’s too much pride in the Republican party, so it’s easy to blow it. Vote red.

  12. Of course she has to be rescued; she appears to be simpleminded.
Try to hang in there baby …. your honey needs a big payday.

  13. Why is it anchorage gop office usually closed? I’m still waiting a year later for a return phone call from them. Just like took tsibaka campaign 4 month to respond to a volunteer request and by that time i was busy. If alaska gop wants to kick peltola’s butt, its going to have to get organize, volunteer discernment, increased energy, and return its phone messages.
