Linda Boyle: Dr. Pierre Kory and the War on Ivermectin: A life-saving medicine silenced

By LINDA BOYLE

Dr. Pierre Kory’s latest book, The War on Ivermectin, discusses the medicine that could have saved millions and ended the pandemic.

He practices telehealth through the Leading Edge Clinic (drpierrekory.com).  His clinic is solely focused on treating patients with Covid and its complications including “long haul,” post-Covid-mRNA vaccine injury syndromes and cancer.

Additionally, he was a co-founder of the Frontline Critical Care Independent Medical Alliance. Additional information concerning him is at this link.

Dr. Kory was a critical care physician who was triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine.  He had all three certifications revoked for his “publicly stated scientific opinions on a number of Covid topics that directly contradicted the supposed ‘scientific consensus’.”

No dead patients. No malpractice. Just a physician strongly stating and writing on the importance of Ivermectin and corticosteroids in the early treatment of Covid.

His early treatment could have saved countless lives had the scientific community and government not been so quick to dismiss this research. Instead, the government favored the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of brand new “vaccines” that led to huge profits for Big Pharma and their stakeholders.  Ivermectin had to be pushed aside; it was extremely cheap and effective. If that were allowed to be known, Big Pharma aka “Harma” would not have been able to get rich on its new “vaccines.”

How frustrating it had to be for doctors like Kory who knew of a better way, saw Ivermectin used effectively in third world countries (India, San Salvadore) and was unable to get the medical cartel to move off the constant mantra of Ivermectin is just “horse paste”.

How frustrating it was for our Alaskan doctors to be taken before the State Medical Board for effectively providing early treatment for Covid using Ivermectin with our Alaskan citizens. They were accused of providing “misinformation” by other Alaska medical providers. Fortunately, the State Medical Board did the right thing and their licenses were protected. That was not the case for other doctors in other states.

Ninety-five studies were done that showed the effectiveness of Ivermectin. The studies that reached mainstream media and medical associations were those that stated Ivermectin was not effective. Several of these studies were specifically designed to have Ivermectin fail.

To make it worse, it was almost impossible to obtain Ivermectin during the crisis. I was lucky enough to obtain it from a doctor who knew of its benefits and from a pharmacy that wasn’t afraid to dispense it. I continue to keep a stock on hand at all times.

I was also able to get steroids and an antibiotic. My husband and I did fine. But how many people were told just to stay home until they couldn’t breathe and then go to the hospital where they were frequently placed on a ventilator. People were afraid to go the hospital because it was seen as a death notice.

Do you remember in 2021 how crazy and hostile the FDA and CDC were over Americans turning to Ivermectin to treat Covid?  People who could not get “human” Ivermectin resorted to “horse paste” Ivermectin, they were so desperate to treat Covid-19.  Later, the FDA settled a lawsuit and took down its derogatory comments about Ivermectin.

Today it can be bought over-the-counter in five states. And Texas will be the latest state to approve over-the-counter Ivermectin. Bet it won’t be available in Alaska for a long time.

Dr. Kory, a pulmonary doctor, realized early on that the pulmonary problem with Covid should not require a ventilator to fix.  The underlying disease was not Adult Respiratory Disease Syndrome (ARDS)– which does require  a ventilator to treat – but more frequently it was an organizing pneumonia (OP).  OP is not an infectious disease but a reaction to a lung injury and can be caused by a viral infection.  The use of corticosteroids is usually the only thing needed to resolve this issue.

Dr. Kory wrote a research article for the world to be given this information during the Covid pandemic.  It took him four months, six rejections, and two peer reviews to finally get it published in a prominent British journal.  One rejection was from a peer reviewer in the American journal Chest. The rejection letter stated “a randomized control study of corticosteroids would need to be performed” (Kory, P., & McCarthy, J. (2023), The War on Ivermectin, Skyhorse Publishing, p. 76.)

A few years later, this became a standard of care.  How many lives might have been saved if this treatment had been tried earlier? What happened to the right to try?

There are many more stories in his book. What became painfully obvious to him (and to me) was Big Harma’s war on generic medicines and how mainstream media and major medical journals worked hard to keep the lie alive. Once again, greed and profits were favored over people’s lives.

Dr. Kory is a hero. He continues to fight for what is right. He doesn’t take the “convenient” way out.  He is passionate in his work and is deeply involved in using repurposed medications to treat Covid, long Covid, lung disease and cancer.

We are blessed he is our keynote speaker at the Annual Alaskans 4 Personal Freedom (AK4PF.org) Conference.  Come join us for an all-day event on October 11, 2025 at the UAA/Wendy Williamson Auditorium.  The price for the event is $55 each—including lunch. Students with ID get in free (without a lunch).

    • Your web link is merely a link to an online pharmacy that, among other things sells Ivermectin. It contains no reference to clinical studies that support the use of Ivermectin for the treatment of Covid.

      • Covidian much..? When I hear stories from friends in the midwest who use ivermectin as a topical for their farm animals, never came down with wuhan; it sounds like a real world study to me that used a practical scientific method. We were told to “follow the science”. Millions “followed the science”, some ended up with long-term disabilities. Those that died, morticians had a field day with what they were finding in the corpse’s veins. Wuhan virus was a intelligence test to see who were stupid enough to believe everything the government and media stated as true but was not.

    • Also locally- the Alaska Family Pharmacy, in the North Pole and Fairbanks, was(and still is) willing to fill a prescription for Ivermectin, regardless of the reason why one wants this product. They ship throughout Alaska, and have been a great company to work with.
In the midst of the COVID pandemic, a friend contracted a severe case of Covid. I called and/or personally visited every pharmacy in Anchorage. And I do mean every single one- the big box stores and the one store mom-and-pop ones. Not one would even consider filling a prescription for Ivermectin, for me.
Most simply walked away, when I reminded them that their pharmacist license did not allow them to make such a decision.
So thank God I finally found the one in Fairbanks that was willing to abide by the law and exercise common sense (and common decency).

  1. It seems that the entire Covid scam was a cooked-up, artificially incubated disease, used as an attempt to gain global compliance for profit by Big Pharma. This is how globalism works in the 21st century. Little wonder why Democrats would camp out in long lines to get their Covid boosters and sneer at unmasked people in public places. Brain-washing really does work. Ask your complaint Democrat, Trump-hating neighbor.

    • Conservative estimates by the NIH indicate that over 230,000 US citizens needlessly died from Covid after declining the available vaccine for various reasons. They would like to comment on the “scam” but unfortunately they cannot. -Why did smallpox disappear?
      Raw milk?
      Beef tallow?
Wearable wellness monitors? Or perhaps it was the vaccine.

      • The common flu killed twice that number in one year, every year. What’s your point, Sebastian? Those with very weak immune systems are magnets for viruses, …the elderly, obese, sickly, respiratory prone, smokers and alcoholics. Yet, young healthy athletes were dropping dead after getting vaxxed. And many others who were vaxxed are sick today.

      • Of those 230K, how many had serious medical conditions? Diabetes, heart disease, morbid obesity, lung diseases? Give me the comorbidities and I will tell you your stats are BS.
        .
Even when the panicdemic was in full swing, the people listed as dying from covid-19 would likely had died that year anyway.

      • “Brain-washing really does work, especially on Democrats.”
You tell em, Biden, Kamala, Tim Walz, Nancy Pelosi supporter! Your rogue gallery of the worst America haters.

      • It is time for another boost.
Paul Pelosi’s venture capital investments in all the companies selling the boosters to the feds is dwindling.
        Its “Medication time”!

    • I’ll see your study and raise you as an unvaxxed survivor of the Wuhan flu, ivermectin was very effective in recovery.

  2. As off August 2025, the data which not a doc Linda Boyle continues to ignore:

The clinical evidence as of 2025 clearly shows that ivermectin does not have a significant effect on major health outcomes in COVID-19 patients. A comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis covering 33 studies with 15,376 participants found that ivermectin did not significantly reduce critical outcomes such as mortality, need for mechanical ventilation, ICU admission, hospitalization rates, or viral clearance. The drug did show a statistically significant reduction in the time to symptom alleviation and sustained symptom relief, but these benefits did not translate into meaningful impacts on critical clinical endpoints. Adverse events were similar between ivermectin-treated and control groups, with older age and diabetes identified as predictors of adverse events but not linked to worse critical outcomes.

Large randomized controlled trials, including the PRINCIPLE trial, confirmed that ivermectin provides at best a modest reduction in symptom duration (about 2 days shorter), which was not considered clinically meaningful in the context of COVID-19 recovery or long-term health outcomes. This trial and others concluded that ivermectin should not be prescribed for COVID-19 treatment in largely vaccinated populations, and further trials for this indication are not recommended.

The FDA also maintains that current clinical trial data do not demonstrate ivermectin’s effectiveness against COVID-19 in humans. Higher-dose or longer-duration regimens tested in recent trials still failed to show clinical benefit, reinforcing the consensus that ivermectin lacks efficacy for preventing or treating COVID-19 despite initial laboratory and anecdotal promise.

In summary, ivermectin is not supported by robust, high-quality clinical evidence for treating or preventing major viral illnesses like COVID-19, with the strongest data indicating no meaningful impact on critical health outcomes.

    • Boyle’s haruspicatation returns this: “Ninety-five studies were done that showed the effectiveness of Ivermectin. The studies that reached mainstream media and medical associations were those that stated Ivermectin was not effective. Several of these studies were specifically designed to have Ivermectin fail. I wish Boyle would provide a link to those 95 studies.

    • If you read Dr. Kory’s book, you’d understand why posting this is laughable. (The FDA is captured, the studies were DESIGNED TO FAIL to protect the almighty vaccine EUA, etc. You might want to check it out and learn a thing or two.) And yes, I’m the book’s co-author.

  3. Agree 100%! Dr Kory is a true hero! It’s tragic that big pharma continues to persecute him and his like-minded colleagues for the sake of profit. The web of conflicts of interest involved in government, professional organizations, & “scientific” journals compromise the entire healthcare industry making it especially challenging for the lay folks, like myself, to make the best choices. Without people like Linda and Dr Kory, it’s just as likely I’d be one of the ignorant masses, so thank you! Dr Kory’s Substack has been a valuable lifeline!

  4. One should not gloss over the revoked paragraph of this article. His license was revoked in a red state.
The ABIM revoked his board certs in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Disease, which doesn’t let him practice at large hospitals or academic institutions.
All of this is fine and say what you want but ask yourself this question, would you take medical advice from this dude if your child’s life depended on it?

    • Would you take advice from the American Academy of Pediatrics to have your infant/toddler getting a Covid vax? Would you give your child 72 dose of vaccines by age 18? Would you take medical advice from Dr. Fauci aka Dr Science?

      • Nope, sure wouldn’t.
But I also wouldn’t let my child take ivermectin from a doctor claiming it will work while having his certs revoked from a red state. Oh yeah, and those states he can practice in? Liberal & blue.

    • Doc Kory did not follow the narrative and push big pharma’s propaganda, that is why his license was revoked. Doctors get kick-backs from pharmaceutical companies when their practices hit mile stones for percentages of their patients being vaccinated. What doctor would turn down free money for pushing something that is supposed to be good for their patients..? What hospital would turn down $45,000 government payments for each patient who died of wuhan in their care..? Would you take your kid to a doctor that stands to make some extra cash pushing something that could be detrimental to your child’s health..?

      • “What doctor would turn down free money for pushing something that is supposed to be good for their patients..?”
Hippocratic Oath. Doc Kory is no different. He is just pushing ivermectin for the sheep that believe it and the money. You don’t think there is big pharma backing him, paying him, for his words?

  5. Absolute nonsense. The efficacy of ivermectin in treating COVID was tested by multiple peer reviewed studies and found to have no effect on the virus.

    • Yet, there is plenty of evidence it helped the patient with the symptoms, thereby gaining the energy needed to allow the immune system to work, and to keep them out of the hospital.
Does Nyquil get rid of the cold/flu virus? Nope, but it helps you feel better, and if the flu is bad enough, potentially keeps you from needing additional medical care.

    • The clot shot? You know, that safe and effective wonder drug, ( so safe and effective that it had to be mandated…) was it properly vetted?
What did big pharma know about it prior to its release? Can you say criminal?

  6. We were able to get a prescription for Ivermectin and our local pharmacy partially filled it but then refused to provide more due to pressure from the state pharmacy board (we were told). Apparently threats of revoked licenses were made. Although my wife and I both refused the mRNA non-vaccines neither of us ever got COVID…to this very day. Numerous local residents, even the vaxxed, got COVID, some multiple times. Our local mortality spiked after the mRNA death jabs were given out. Coincidence? Doesn’t seem likely, more cause and effect, in our view. Cancers became much more common also. Personally, the way the medical industry, local governments, local businesses and the sheeple who believe whatever the last authority figure told them behaved left us disbelieving how authoritarian governments and businesses are and how gullible the average citizen actually is. The abject stupidity of a Ketchikan based AMHS employee telling me that I had to wear a mask as he sat there with his plastic face shield on and no mask…telling me that a piece of plastic protected him from an airborne virus. The COVID scamdemic should have been a major wake up call but it wasn’t and the next time someone with a lab coat or a fancy title issues more BS the population will eat it up and a significant proportion will, once again, volunteer to be the Brownshirts snitching on their fellow citizens.

    • Andrew Huberman: “mRNA is in every single one of our cells… we would not be here were it not for mRNA… there is incredible work on non-COVID related mRNA vaccines related to cancers, neurologic conditions, and many genetic diseases… we would be absolutely foolish to ignore the technology.” RFK Jr. canceled $500 million in research. The research had showed progress with various cancers, MS, and numerous other terrible diseases. Jr. thinks that if we guzzle raw milk and grill roadkill all will be well.

    • Thank you Jenna, but you can’t overcome emotional attachments with facts. Most people cannot distinguish the two. Add in some Dunning Kruger syndrome, and they are hopeless. Amazing how many people who never took a single graduate level course in immunology think they know better than Dr. Kory. I have been board certified in immunology for almost 25 years, and I agree with what he says. For everyone else, I say “Stop it, you are not a horse, stop taking those injections from that veterinarian Dr. Albert Bourla (CEO of Pfizer).

  7. There is evidence coming out that Ivermectin and Mebendazole in combination may be a promising treatment for some types of cancer.

  8. Do not confuse “license revocation,” which is a process used by the state medical board, with “certification revocation,” (like cardiology, pulmonology, intensive care, etc., which is done by the “specialty boards.”
These “specialty boards” coerced most doctors to remain silent, except for the courageous few who spoke out about the lack of effectiveness of ventilators and Remdesivir, the side effects of the vaccine, and other facts that countered the government’s desired narrative.
These “specialty boards” have revoked the certification of the most vocal MDs many times, for purely political purposes.
Every “specialty board” is nothing but a privately run 501(C)(3) public charity. One can lose one’s “specialty certification,” but still practice medicine in every state where one is licensed.
And yes, having studied the information presented on the Front Line Critical Care Alliance website, I would absolutely seek the advice of Dr. Kory, if I had “long COVID,” or any other physical problems in his areas of expertise and experience.
I urge the more discerning readers of this blog to do their own research, and stop relying on the mostly bought off, self-appointed so-called “experts.”

  9. Thank you Linda for continuing to inform us re the Skamdemic and how the Medical Industrial Complex destroyed millions of lives due to the killer jabs and denial of tested, tried and effective treatment protocols. Dr’s Kory and many like him are the Truth heroes who paid heavy prices for standing up to tyranny.

  10. The question of whether Ivermectin stopped the virus, or saved lives is not the issue.
    .
The issue is the “leaders” of the medical community refused to, and often outright forbade Drs. from prescribing it off label for COVID patients. Let’s say the drug did nothing to stop the virus, but, and there is abundant evidence of this, it did treat the symptoms.
    .
How many patients would have been able to beat the virus on their own if they could have reduced the symptoms? How many would have avoided hospital stays? How many would have avoided death?
    .
Literally, a drug that has been in human use for decades, and the side effects were well known, was put on the prohibited list. What is the worst that could happen? People took a course of Ivermectin and did not feel better?
    .
But, nope… Lord God Fauci and his adoring minions forbade the use of it. Why? Some suspect personal financial gain, because if there was a viable treatment, the experimental use authorizations would be rescinded, and the drug companies would not make record profits. Others suspect personal aggrandizement was the motivation.
    .
I think that if a well known drug shows the potential to keep patients off ventilators it should be used, widely.
And, that is the real issue here. The prohibition of its use, not the effectiveness of it.
    .

    • Every hospital that prescribed a ventilator to “save” patients lives billed and received $13,000 for the treatment alone.
Unfortunately for many it was just a last minute effort to prove to the family members that they did everything they could…..

      • So, a financial motivation for ignoring a treatment that provided symptom relief.
        .
And, if I remember correctly, the hospitals were instructed not to provide oxygen or intubate until the patient was nearing death. A bit late, if you ask me. Seriously, a CPAP machine would have helped a lot of these people, but it was forbidden.

  11. Now, now, people: such noise over this? Haven’t you learned your role in the Corporate New World Order? You are sheep, being fully shorn, financially, just before the slaughter. And after all, if those darn elites want population reduction, then an engineered bioweapon is just SO much ‘kinder and gentler’ than an atomic holocaust, don’t you agree? Besides, atom bombs do SO much damage to property values… Can’t risk those investments now, can we?
