The Chair of District 9 Republicans says she is taking legal action against a Facebook personality known as “Politidick.”

Carol Carman, a conservative in D-9, has been Chair of the distict since 2016, reelected in 2018 and 2020. But this year, Politidick decided to try to force her out of her chair. She says has been accused on Facebook of illegal activity and that Politidick has been running a harassment campaign against her and her family.

Carman has asked Politidick to cease harassing her multiple times but the response has been threats, she said.

Carman started a GoFundMe page to help her with legal fees. She would not reveal all the problems she has had with the harassment, but says that the original harassment page on Facebook that was started against her was removed, evidently by Facebook, but that other harassment has continued, including personal messages.

  1. It’s about time someone stood up to his antics. Journalism is one thing, publishing poorly written half-truths and outright lies in an effort to assassinate someone’s character is libelous.

God speed, Carol. Glad to donate.

  2. Tried doing a search on FB for that username and came up with nothing, seems he/she’s either gone private or scrubbed it altogether.

  3. Mark Zuckerburg was caught lying to congress at the hearing, yesterday, July 29, 2020. This complaint and thousands like it are under review by congress in the anti-trust issues on all of the big tech giants. Hopefully this will be the end of the companies as we know it and they will be broken up into smaller companies without the monopoly power they now have.

  4. Curious what illegal activity Carol Carman is accused of. There doesn’t appear to be any clarification of either side of the issue, only an advertisement to support Carol Carman.

Better go read Politadick(?) post on FB?

  5. I think we all know who this person is don’t we? He lives in D8 does he not? If that is the Big Lake group. They might all remember that someone died today and I bet there are many who would like to be kinder tonight. If not, I am just going to delete them
