Video by JAKE SLOAN
Dozens of Alaskans joined Mayor Dave Bronson before sunrise today to plant flags in memory of those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2002 terrorist attacks on America. Anchorage videographer Jake Sloan captured the somber event in this video:
The young, woke generation have no clue what it means to fight for their freedom and stay vigilant in the face of assault on freedom.
Beautiful photo!
It’s so hard to take any of this seriously, when the “President” in residence right now, gave the people that were a part of doing this, 90 Billion in armaments, a trillion dollar air base, and 13 lives of American heroes.. all so he could have a photo op. What exactly are we honoring if the people that did this to us, are basically working with the people running our country now?
I forgive you Suzanne, but that date the twin towers fell when we were attacked by radical islamist terrorists who grained in Afghanistan was September 11, 2001 – not 2002. This is a personal issue for me. Never forget.
Yes, I got that fixed I think. Thanks – sd
Please talk to the youngsters you know and explain the truth of what happened. Start with the buildup then the horror of September 11, 2001, then the aftermath. Then tell them about our present administration and how ineptly and poorly the exit was handled in Afghanistan and why. Personally, I feel our Commander In Chief should be court marshaled.
