Rep. Rashida Tlaib was spotted on Wednesday in the Anchorage Airport arriving from Seattle. It’s unclear what the radical Democrat representative from Michigan, who identifies as a Palestinian, is doing in Anchorage, although meeting with local Democrats would be on the calendar for a U.S congresswoman.
Tlaib is a member of “The Squad,” the far left bloc of the House of Representatives Democrats. Alaska Rep. Mary Peltola is also in Alaska this week, as the House takes its Easter break.
Immediately after being sworn in as a congressional member in 2018, Tlaib was quoted as saying she would work to impeach President Donald Trump: “We’re gonna go in there and impeach the mother——.”
