JUST RELEASED BY HOUSE COMMITTEE
Here are the complete articles of impeachment of President Donald J. Trump, as released Sunday night by the House Judiciary Committee’s Democrat majority.
The committee approved two articles — abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. The committee vote went along party lines.
The House Rules Committee meets Tuesday to establish the rules for the debate on the House floor, preceding the full vote..
The House is scheduled to debate and vote on Wednesday. Debate on the issue is likely to consume the entire day, and Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she will not require Democrats to vote a certain way, but that this will be a matter of conscience. Democrats will try to get the vote accomplished for the evening news cycle.
Because Democrats control the House, the resolution will likely pass with a majority, although some Democrats are expected to vote against in, particularly those who serve districts where Trump is popular.
This will be the third impeachment of a president in U.S. history; Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were impeached, but no president has been removed from office through impeachment.
The charges will then go over to the Senate as a “privileged resolution,” which means the Senate must take it up immediately, with the senators serving as the jury. U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts will preside.
The prosecutors will come from the ranks of the House Democrats and the president will choose his own defense lawyers. The trial is expected to take place in January.
Can’t wait until trash day, Jerry, Nancy, Chuckie, and the whole witch hunt Democratic party and deep-state players. This has been your plan even prior to the election. There are consequences.

The Democrats will twist and turn this into something yet unknown…the Senate Democrats are perhaps even more devious and cunning than the house members. Lying is an art form for them. We can only hope it ends soon before more damage to the nation occurs.
I’ve read the “articles of impeachment”. The most asinine, ridiculous, seditious piece of crap I’ve ever seen, posing as a legal document. I have said and I’ll say it again, “there must be a penalty for deliberately lying and misleading your constituents”. Nothing currently enforceable by law appears to be in the tomes of legality. For a bunch of disgruntled “resisters” to be able to slow down or halt the government machine with a slew of false accusations and no proof, is not what our country is about. Of course, anyone has the right to disagree, but to enable a small group to sit in personal judgement of an elected, highly admired and successful President, without penalty for deliberate falsehoods and accusations, is not the American way. People should read up and understand events leading up to the Civil War, in the 1850’s. Same type of BS by dems was a huge contributing factor in originating that most costly war in American history. Brother against brother. Mostly different declared issues then, non worthy of war. Somewhat like now. According to historical authors, the basic issue was, and remains, the quest for power and wealth, at the people’s expense. Democrats instigated and started that war, trying to impose their will on others. Didn’t work out too well for them then. I don’t think it’ll work out too well now.
Pathetic. Just simply pathetic. The Democrats will feel this in the 2020 elections for sure.
This document containing Articles of Impeachment will be in the US history books for the next 200 years as a testament of what drugs and booze did to a Democrat House of Representatives in 2019……and why Donald J. Trump was re-elected in a landslide 2020 election. And……why mental illness reached an all-time high among American Democrats.

Democrats are all the same…..bunch of sleazy, slimy liars who change the rules to suit their position. When they are out of power and out of leadership roles, they and their media allies will lie, cheat and steal to get back in the game. Look at upChuck Schumer trying to lecture Senate Republicans on trial rules after the House made up their own rules to impeach Trump. Pelosi accelerated the procedure, only to let it stall on advancing to the Senate. I will campaign hard for all Republicans next fall, as will the majority of Americans.
North Pole , where do you come up with this stuff? The House used the same rules developed by Republicans. If you have to lie to make a point, then your point holds no water. The reason the House has not sent over articles is because the Senate has not come up with any rules on their end. The House is the prosecution, and needs to know how the Senate will run. It doesn’t always have to be partisan bickering you know. You could occasionally just get your facts straight rather than complaining about Democrats all the time.

The only reason to stage a trial is to put fact witnesses before the media to sensationalize the trial and drag a few more people away from Trump. And you expect an independent body, such as the US Senate, to subscribe to the lying Democrat standards to conduct a trial in the Senate? Fairness? Not sure what your background is, Rich. What you are trying to say is that the Democrats, who do not control the Senate, should control the Senate proceedings to establish a media conviction of Trump.

Fake impeachment.
No high crimes and no misdemeanors as to Trump. High treason, false charges, perjured witnesses, biased tribunal as to Democrats in the House. No Republican defectors. 100% fake impeachment. Democrats such a lying bunch of cowards that they can’t even send their pack of lies to the Senate for scrutiny. End result: Trump wins big in 2020. House and Senate go to Republicans. Prosecutions start on Brennan, Comey, and many others. Obama era policies totally reversed by 2022. Reason: Democrats gone insane. And everybody knows it!

On Friday The Gateway Pundit reported on the news that Democrat operative and Robert Mueller chief witness George Nader was indicted for his involvement in illegal campaign contributions from foreign entities to the Hillary campaign in 2016 (Snip) The list of the Dem organizations taking this illegal money is astounding – almost every Dem state organization and many super PAC’s including the big one Priorities USA. All of the leading names in the Democratic party took in this money including Adam Schiff and Ted Lieu, Jon Tester, Cory Booker, Hillary Clinton, etc.
