After Vice President Kamala Harris was officially acknowledged by her Democratic Party as the presidential nominee on Monday, she announced Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate first thing Tuesday morning.

“I am proud to announce that I’ve asked @Tim_Walz to be my running mate. As a governor, a coach, a teacher, and a veteran, he’s delivered for working families like his. It’s great to have him on the team,” Harris posted on X/Twitter shortly before 10:30 a.m. eastern time.

Walz was not among the top favorites by pundits, who thought Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro or Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly were the true finalists. Also in the hunt were North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker. Many thought Shapiro was locked in, as Pennsylvania is seen as a needed swing state by both parties seeking to govern from the White House.

Walz has become somewhat famous recently for calling Republicans Donald Trump and Sen. JD Vance “weird,” a comment picked up and repeated by many social media warriors, like Anchorage Assembly Chairman Chris Constant.

Walz is a far-left radical Democrats with a long list of negatives. In addition to allowing cities in his state to burn during the George Floyd riots of 2020, last year he signed legislation that allows illegal aliens to get drivers licenses in Minnesota. There will be plenty for Republican supporters of Donald Trump and J.D. Vance to work with in turning Walz’ “weird” comments back on him.

Walsh, who is 60, supports abortion for all, voting reforms, and has the endorsement of all of Minnesota’s labor unions.

Walz signed a bill that lets the state take away the children of parents who disagree with sterilizing them and chopping off their body parts in the attempt to provide “gender affirming care.”

“So if your 14-yr-old is sad but thinks it’s gender confusion & u object to castrating him, the St takes custody,” noted Megyn Kelly on X/Twitter, using abbreviated words.

  1. This is a dream team. An old, White super-lefty man who has no clue on how to keep his city secure. And a looney-tunes, half-Black woman who would get us into WW3 within 90-days of office. A perfect combination of dumbo and mumbo. Goodbye, America.

  2. DC pundits have no idea anymore what the center of the country is. Walz is exactly where the majority of the country is on nearly every issue. And he shares the values of the vast majority of Americans. Smart pick by VP Harris. Trump is going to lose. Trump’s team knows that he’s going to lose. And Trump himself is beginning to realize that he’s going to lose.

  3. I think that this pick perfectly reflects today’s democratic party values. Mine are still those of the party of JFK. I didn’t leave the democrats, they left me.

  4. The entire cadre of Democratic candidates, from top to bottom, from local … to state … to national, is quite emblematic and representative of pure bureaucratic failure (in some cases it’s quite evil). That specific political party has definitely changed for the worse, on an epic seismic level, and it’s very difficult to identify any American values within this party.

  5. So Trump made a dubious pick in Vance, and Kamala said “hold my beer”.

The much more qualified Jewish guy was available, and she said nope.

And yet, over 40% of registered voters will vote for her.

    • She was afraid of losing the pro palestine vote.
      .
And you are correct. It is more like 47% of the voters will vote (D) regardless of the candidate.

  6. Thankfully he had the foresight to put tampon machines mens restrooms…. Freaks and illegals are happy in Minnesota and the Unions are licking their lips at the unguarded doors of the State’s vault…

    Buy ammo…

  7. Nice video of a perfect fit for team Kamala but I was thinking more along the lines of Biden’s press secretary KJP would have been more DEI and politically correct for the democratic side.
Will He take over Kamala’s task of securing the border?
He seems to be a perfect czar.

  8. One way to evaluate opinions is to look at worst case scenarios if they result in actions inline with their full expression. Another way is to judge their validity from a completely opposite viewpoint to the stated opinion. Still, another evaluative tool is to use fact, along with personal experience to provide a degree of credibility. One way that I wouldn’t recommend is to blindly accept that of a source of known bias, unless trying to determine the propaganda tactics in comparison with an opposing opinion. It’s interesting to compare talking points about efficacy in productive outcomes. For example, when considering candidates for public office, one consideration is whether they were able to help the majority of constituents. Another is faithfulness to the US Constitution. And, one aspect I’ll be interested in looking into is inherent personal integrity, and its consistency in intent.

  9. I figured their strategy was going to be running kackles the clown as a moderate but with her choice in tampon tim it looks like they are going all in on communism.

  10. The Democrats are no longer even trying to pretend that they are not Communists who hate America.
They are fully out in the open about it now, and have plans in place to explode in an orgy of violence and rioting if Trump wins in November.
So whether the Democrats win, or Trumps wins, it’s not going to be pretty this fall……

  11. I never understood why Shapiro was considered a front runner, the Democratic Party made it clear they wouldn’t accept a Jew on the ticket because then they’d lose Michigan and the Palestinian Hamas supporters for sure with just a slightly better chance of picking up Pennsylvania.

Honestly anyone that was considered for VP on the Harris ticket that has future political aspirations knows where this is going and withdrew before they were seriously considered so as not to taint their brand.

  12. Message seems clear enough: “We will force the most radical Leftist rulers (don’t even think ‘representatives’!) on you that this country has seen since inception and you can’t do a thing about it since we own the election system.”

  13. WATCH — Tim Walz: ‘I’ll Invest in a…Ladder Factory’ to Help Illegals Climb Border Wall

Tim Walz Supports Biden-Harris’s Big 3 Gun Control Policies

  14. Harris/Walz. Two complete morons. If Walz wants to climb the ladder, he’ll have to demonstrate that he can do the horizontal waltz with anyone Harris chooses. May be entertainment fodder for Dancing With The Starz, but not good enough to repel WW3. Only Trump can do that!

  15. How ironic- Harris is using the same strategy that Biden used, when he appointed Harris as his VP- bring in someone whose policies would be more extreme and detrimental to our country, should that VP ever, for any reason, get into the Oval Office as President.
That strategy has been called “impeachment insurance.” It is a bipartisan approach to politics. George Bush used it when he installed Steve Quail as his running mate, years ago.
Now Harris has managed to dig up someone even more extreme, who will provide the same “impeachment insurance” coverage for her. At least he will (presumably) sound less moronic and “cackley” when speaking without a teleprompter. We deserve better.

  16. Walz is creepy. Looks awfully pedophilic, kind of like Joe Biden. Is this what happens to old lefty Democrat men?
    And only 60?
    He looks 80.
Democrats age out so much quicker than Republicans. Must be all that greasy food, drugs and booze and Marxist living.

  17. This pick by Cackles shows just how dumb she is. In a primary, you swing left if you are a D, and you swing right if you’re an R. In the general election you swing to the middle with your message. Cackles swings left for the general election- and she loses independents and some moderates. Good. This means a better outcome for the Rs.

Of course her pick has a criminal record- caught going almost 100 MPH while drunk. That shows some profoundly stupid judgment.

  18. Absolute pos. He and the mayor of Minneapolis were both instrumental in the horrific damage done to citizens businesses and homes in down town Minneapolis. There is multiple interviews with police officers whom the politicians left in harm’s way. The destruction of Minneapolis was completely intentional and it’s done irreparable harm to peoples lives and livelihoods.

    • Try and find anything about the burning of Minneapolis on news feeds or current view of city . Still looks like a war zone , literally billions of dollars worth of damage . At least after an earthquake or forest fire cities are rebuilt . Minneapolis looks like Beruit after war or Berlin . No one wants to reinvest in the city . Is this what progressives want in their states? Defund the police and change a teenagers sex with out parental consent . Fricken nuts ! Liberals , the party of doom , satanists .

1/4 of the US homeless are in Cali and they encourage it . Ruinous to LA and SF . Federal govt pumped in $22 billion since Covid for homeless in Cali alone . Money is unaccounted for and things are way worse and no one is held accountable ( yes Anchorage ) , were is the money going ? Govts are just wasting the funds .

  19. I wonder.
Why do the media (and a lot of other people) always say the Republicans have to run moderates if they want to win. But when the democrats choose extreme leftists, you hear crickets…
