Federal workers get memo from the boss: ‘What did you do last week?’

Trump

The Trump administration sent emails on Saturday afternoon to some 2.3 million U.S. federal government employees telling them to detail their work accomplishments from the previous week by Monday evening or risk losing their jobs.

“Please reply to this email with approx. 5 bullets of what you accomplished last week and cc your manager,” reads the email, sent from the Office of Personnel Management. The memo’s subject matter is: “What did you do last week?”

Employees were instructed to not send any classified information, links, or attachments and the head of the Department of Government Efficiency wrote on X that workers who were nonresponsive to the email would be considered as having handed in their resignation.

Musk wrote on X that the requirement is “consistent with President @realDonaldTrump’s instructions.” Those instructions include getting tougher on reductions to the federal government.

The federal union that represents workers said it will challenge any unlawful terminations.

“Once again, Elon Musk and the Trump Administration have shown their utter disdain for federal employees and the critical services they provide to the American people,” said AFGE President Everett Kelley in a statement.

According to Reuters, some federal agency leaders are telling workers to not comply as they determine a protocol for responding to the order from the president’s office.

“To be clear, this is irregular, unexpected and warrants further validation by management,” said one management email sent to NOAA employees, as reportedly seen by Reuters.

    • Or perhaps Elon should have included this option. “conversely, privately rspond and tell us what you could have accomplished if your supervisors would allow it.”

    • Suzanne, how’s about you print a postscript to this piece? Even Trump’s loyal Cabinet appointees told their people to ignore Musk’s Saturday night meth-like binge.

Accountability and efficiency is important and done smartly we can achieve it even in government. But surrendering power to this whacko, who promises to deliver it as he blings out an unhinged typo-ridden late-night directive before he passes out next to his laptop is just plain silly.

Elon ain’t going to last long in this administration, and mark my words: before it’s over, his ego will push him to turn on his President/benefactor.

  1. MARK 11:15 LETS FINISH THE CLEAN UP JESUS STARTED. FOR THE BETTERMENT OF ALL. SUZANNE I AM SHOCKED PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS NOT STOLEN YOU AWAY MA’AM. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORT TO MAGA FOR US ALL SUZANNE SUZANNE SUZANNE

    • Well, Trump already has a little blonde MAGAQ-Communication-Bot, and doesn’t need another. Not yet, anyways, because it will eventually be kicked to the curb like all of the others.

      • I’m horrified about this comment. You have obviously never witnessed Karoline at the helm of the mic- that woman is no robot! She is sharp, quick-witted, has a wonderful personality, pretty gorgeous, well-composed, articulate, God fearing and country loving professional gal. She is going all the way to the top, and she isn’t going to let a ding dong like you trip her up on the way. Never, in the history of what is US administration during my lifetime, have I ever been more excited to watch her pressers. She gives young women hope, she is a shiny spotlight after the darkness of what we were burdened with in the prior administration. Karoline would make you heal quicker than a shock collar would young pup.

  2. This little stunt is cruel, disrespectful, and childish. No doubt Musk and his sadistic hit-boys enjoy sticking little pins through the hearts of the Nation’s employees. “Watch them squirm!” they squeal, as they force people to effectively beg for their jobs.

Well, here’s some news for Mr. Musk: The employees of your precious Tesla, SX, and X object to your political sabotage, and it won’t be long before THEY themselves begin to protest and resign. Tesla sales are already falling. Protesters are out in force at dealerships all over the country, and TSLA is down almost one-third since all this BS started.

Musk’s recklessness is beyond criminal. It’s time for him to leave and return to his companies, South Africa, or Mars – whichever he chooses, but the further away the better. Like, doesn’t he have 12 (or maybe 13 but who’s counting) kids to raise, too? Where are his family values, I wonder?

Americans are starting to understand the reckless damage inflicted by Trump and Musk, and even Republicans are starting to strongly voice anger at their actions. It won’t be long now before this pushback intensifies.

Oh, and watch the markets on Monday. Friday was just the start.

    • You must be one of the useless employees that are being made redundant. It is loooong past time to get rid of do-nothing employees that think they can’t be fired, so they do the least they can get away with. It is TIME for federal employment to be treated like employment in the private sector. You democrats started this mess by building your overblown bureaucracy, President Trump and Musk are whittling it down to save American taxpayers their hard earned money. If you are one of the ones cut, then by your attitude, you are probably one of the do-as-little-as-possible government workers. They will whittle out those, and keep the GOOD employees that actually do their jobs. I love that you hide behind a fake name there, lol. Such a brave person.

      • Well, hello Karen, it’s so nice to meet you. First of all, let me get a few things out of the way.

First, yes, I do use a nom de plume. Why? Because I’m pretty well known in Alaska, and I don’t want some whack job coming after me with their AR. Don’t tell me it can’t happen. All you’ve got do is look at the crazy guy who went to Comet Ping-Pong pizza. I’m not stupid.

Second, since you are so keen on the government being cut down to size, you should have a good look at how much Alaska benefits from it. The Alaskan people receive far, far more from the government than they contribute. If you want the data, I can send you the balance of payments information to support this statement.

Third, much of the current national debt was accumulated during Trump’s last term in office. So I guess he can try to work that down first before he takes on that created by other Presidents.

Now, let’s really get to the heart of the matter. You seem to think that you know who I am, and that I’m some kind of loser Federal employee. Well, you’ve got this Dog all wrong. I’m a retired energy industry executive, financially secure, lovingly married 46 years, with successful professional kids, grandkids, and supporter of compassionate causes. I’ve paid my own way all my life, and that includes income taxes well into the seven-figure range. I spend a fair amount of my time in community service and am well respected by my neighbors. I have paid for everything I own, including my house, with cash. I’ve never had to take a dime of public money or ask others for money. I wonder if you can say the same thing.

As I have said repeatedly, I never bite first, but will bite back if attacked. In this regard, and seeing as though you have incorrectly stereotyped and attacked me, let me speculate on you just a little bit.

My guess is that you’re a bitter, middle-aged woman living somewhere out in the Valley. A little bit over your head financially. No partner, because yours ditched you for younger, happier, chick, many years ago. Overweight. Too much makeup, but it’s not quite up to the task. Frantic right-swiper. You drive a pick up. Your house is probably trashy since you can’t quite afford to keep it up. I’ll even bet that you’re some sort of retired federal worker, or government employee, and that’s why you think you understand their attitude and work habits. You have taken up the conservative mantle in order to fit in and be liked by the fellow right-wing folks that you live amongst. By doing so, you have shown that you really are incapable of thinking for yourself.

So, I apologize for being so blunt, but like I said, I will bite back if attacked. Please let me know how close to the mark I am.

So have a nice day today, please. It’s Sunday. Go to church. Get outside in the beautiful Alaskan winter. Look for something good instead of spending your time raging away on MRAK.

And if by chance you happen to pass a mirror, take a good luck, and ask yourself if you are really the person you would like to be.

        • We can certainly do with fewer workers in the park service. This is how workers in the private sector get fired every day.

        • Well bless your tiny little heart…you are very far off the mark in your assessment of who and what I am. As far as your claim that most of the national debt being due to Trump in his first term, YOU sir, are far off the mark. The national debt has been growing by leaps and bounds for many decades now. Trump was dealing with what had been handed to him by the previous administration. Four years was not enough to get a handle on it the first time around, and four years won’t be enough to get rid of it now. HOWEVER, President Trump is doing what needs to be done. Our government has been feeding itself over and over again off the backs of the American taxpayers. Sadly, many of them don’t realize that the freebies the Democrats so love to dole out is money that comes from other taxpayers. I’ve seen the gov’t bloat first-hand, and the contracts that the gov’t gives out to their buddies that rips off the taxpayers. Let’s see…how about a $300 toilet seat (this was back during the Jimmy Carter administration), that was no different than one that could have been bought for much less at a local hardware store, or the $200 hammer that I could have picked up for $10 at the local hardware store? The excess of employees in some sectors needs to be relieved, while other sectors need more PROPERLY TRAINED and competent employees. I have seen how the “spend it or lose it” rot works. Every penny needs to be JUSTIFIED. If a sector of the gov’t is being poorly run, then yes…get rid of those employees. What they are doing right now is stripping it down, bit by bit, so it can be rebuilt in a fashion that makes more economic sense. Yes…it is going to hurt for a bit, but in the long run, I feel things will be the better for it.

        • By the way, congratulations on being so comfortable. Most Americans don’t have that luxury these days, and I won’t begrudge it from someone who earned it. I do think that bragging about it goes beyond the pale though. You’re right that I can’t afford the “upkeep” on my house. I only bought it a couple of years ago and I was totally hosed in that deal…taken advantage of by an unscrupulous real estate agent. As a disabled veteran, I’m lucky to even keep my head above water. You seem to look down on people who are less fortunate than you are, and that is not a good look for a supposed Christian.

          • I hope DOGE looks at the Disabled Veteran scam, we all know it is. Many deserve it but many don’t. According to an article online about you Karen you served 2 yrs in the Air Force 1978 to 1980. So tell us about how much disability you got working a desk during those 2 yrs.

        • By the length and increasingly nasty tone of your recent screeds, Whidbey, it would appear that not only Karen, but Trump and Musk, have really hit you and your radical leftism where it hurts. And I hope that it hurts you hard, and increasingly so.

PS: I did enjoy your creative writing in pretending to describe who and what you are. Needless to say, I believe it about as much as I believe all the emails from the Nigerian prince.

        • Retired energy exec you say? Five bucks says you’re using that term loosely; troll is a better fit. You complain about everything, have proposed practical solutions for nothing, your support of views that lead to public decay are ubiquitous and you purport to be the opposite of what’s expected of a corporate schlep.

        • So you say Dog. And we are to believe all of your claims and your bragging? Right? Problem
is Dog: Nobody does! It is so unseemly and at best wishful thinking on your part. Most likely though, just intentional lies.

      • Karen don’t pay this self professed non Alaskan, hard left, regime talking point hack, any mind. Their words here are an attempt to hurt, along with the usual lies. There is hardly any value in ever reading this rancid poster. They need to be shunned and\or purged.

        • Micah, ignore sure, purged no. WTD is entitled to his opinion and to voice it. We are all entitle to ignore it. Interestingly the more commentary from that corner the more insight we gain. The perfect example is Rino’s creepy personal attack to Karen’s post above. If you don’t have a valid argument attack the messenger….

    • Dog,
Welcome to 2025. This is what Trump ran on and this is what we wanted. I think this tactic is a good start. Happens in the private sector. Employees need to be held accountable for what they produce. This is long overdue.
Why do you think government employees are a protect class of people?

      • I think government employees are people who go to work every day and try to do a good job just like you probably do. And when it’s time for a reduction in force, it should be done done in a respectful and organized manner just like it would be done at any other properly run large company in the country. That’s my complaint.

        • So, in other words, you want business as usual, with deference at all times to establishment-favoring norms and procedures.

Sorry, Dog, the time for half-measures is over.

It is still amusing to me that you desperately try to portray government, and government workers, as some sort of positive nobility, instead of the inherent parasites on the productive sector that they truly are.

“Government is a disease masquerading as its own cure.”

        • Guessing you have never been laid off.
There isn’t anything respectful or organized about it. Least seniority = first out the door. Management cares not a damn about respecting you.

        • “…….when it’s time for a reduction in force, it should be done done in a respectful and organized manner…….”
Or in accordance with the law. Terminating personnel in probationary periods en masse is a clear violation of RIF procedures documented in the Civil Service Act, and since it has been clearly done intentionally by people who clearly know what those probationary periods are for, they have committed fraud.
I have a very strong suspicion that January of 2027 will bring with it a new Congress with a minority of Republicans in both chambers because of shenanigans like this, and we’ll be seeing new rounds of impeachment proceedings. It’s also very possible that Mr. Musk might be facing a criminal investigation over this. I have no sympathy for Trump or Musk as a result of these and other acts since his inauguration.
I rarely agree with the Dog on these pages, but I do here. This was a contemptible, shameful act, and they clearly have no qualms about following it up with even more reprehensible acts.
What an incredible waste of a brilliant campaign and electoral win. There was so much opportunity. And they f****d it up.

          • Reggie, respectfully I disagree.
            This shock-and-awe tactic in my opinion is quite necessary, in light of all the bureaucratic hubris we have seen over the past several years. From mask to vaccine mandate and lock-down enforcement;
            unaccountable spending based on institutional discretion and preference rather that congressional directives and taxpayer benefit;
            arrogant bureaucrats telling congress that arresting illegal rapist and murders is not okay and vow to shield them;
            law enforcement harassing parents participating in school board meetings;
government worker, who believe coming into the office to work is a hardship….. etc.

It is time to play hard ball. The boss wants to know what you did with your time the American taxpayer paid you for. It is that simple. Happens all the time in the private sector.

I also disagree that there will be criminal indictments or the Republicans will loose seats, as long as the democrats do not appropriately address that there is major misappropriations and fraud going on and stubbornly cling to their men in women’s sports and gender care for kids ideology. Those are not wining strategies as the majority of Americans are irritated that their hard-earned dollars are going to Peru, Ireland or Serbia for questionable ideological items, while they work a second job to make ends meet and their daughters have to change in a locker room with a man!

    • Dawg, The proper response from any employee should be… ‘ I kicked A–”
But then that might hurt some feelings from the other sycophants, like you know Dawg, your pally’s….?
The incompent, the disengaged, the I don’t give a F^ck crowd. You might know some of these folks?
Go ahead and descibe hurt feelings for us, those of us supporting your la la land dystopia have had enough of your vapid comments.
Pull her tiny head out of your southern terminal pard, face reality and embrace freedom.

    • I cannot speak for Feds, but my boss employs me to perform. And, if I cannot demonstrate that I have, in fact, worked to benefit the company, there is no reason for me to be employed.

    • Tesla sales are falling because of reasons that have NOTHING to do with President Trump.
      EVs are not economically viable.
And, if it is political in any way, it is because leftist NPCs are incapable of thinking for themselves. When a leftist they recognize says to protest in front of a Tesla dealership, they do. Mindless drones, all of them.

    • If that’s cruel, then Unemployment Insurance is cruel as they required at least 2 job searches and all the documentation regarding that once per week. Welfare is also cruel. Neither of them offer 8 months worth of full-time pay, either.

  3. It’s long overdue for Federal employees to show their worth at their jobs that they are paid most generously! Not to mention the retirement and medical benefits! Welcome to reality. I can guarantee most civilians worth their salt are held to tougher standard for their work! We must show our employers what we have accomplished often.

  4. Average federal worker update:
    .
    Got to work at 9:15am.
Pushed a little paper until 10:00am.
Took coffee break from 10 to 11:15am.
Cleaned desk and went to the toilet.
    11:45am start lunch.
    1:30pm end lunch.
    Personal phone calls until 2:00pm.
Played on the computer until 3:15p….(good Netflix).
Went back to toilet until 4:00pm.
Back on computer screen until 4:20pm.
    4:30pm out the door.
    .
Another long day on the federal payroll.

    • Very insightful. Thank you. Actually, you’re just pissed because you have to pay taxes and that some of that money goes to the people who run the government. It’s no more complicated than that. How you get through life with such an attitude is beyond me.

      • Your growing desperation in trying to defend a corrupt and failing status-quo power structure is showing, Whidbey.

I would imagine that what you are feeling now is similar to what Nazi officials must have been feeling in late April, 1945.

      • Wow, reading minds again.

How exactly do you know what Ed is thinking and feeling? Oh that’s right, you don’t. You just want to share your bitterness with the world.

    • Some federal workers (and other workers, both private and public) definitely fit into your description, no doubt, we’ve all seen it. But to pain with such a broad brush is idiotic, childish and disrespectful of the hard work that countless government workers engage in daily. Work you never see take place, but benefit from nonetheless. Do you like weather forecasts? Do you like law enforcement? Do you like national defense? Do you like national parks? How about the interstate highway system?

Maybe you don’t like any of those things. Maybe you truly do not enjoy any benefit from the Federal government at all. But I highly doubt it.

I know what I’m about to say is really hard for MAGA types, but try to have a little compassion for other people.

      • What kind of chainsaw was Musk waving around? It looked like an electric one without the cord. He should be using a gas Husqvarna. Big 26″er. They cut deep and clean. Go Musk. Your DOGE really knocks the unproductive timber down. Now we can start over with little federal government saplings.

  5. Those “some federal agency leaders are telling” maybe the ones looking for new employment next after telling their agency employees not to comply.

  6. If this is true it is really nit picking. Definitely our federal governement, likely state as well, needs reduction, but it should be achieved with dignity and respect.

    • If you can’t list five things that you accomplished last week at your full time place of employment you likely have neither dignity nor respect for yourself or your employer.

      • Wait until they fire the guy who factually writes he played 4 rounds of 18 holes while on the payroll last week. Then we will find out if JD has what it takes to run the country!

        • He doesn’t take from the payroll. He donated his salaries from his first four year term and will most likely donate them all again. Try pulling your head out. Also Biden spent 40 percent of his entire presidency on vacation…..you look pathetic and sad typing drivel like these comments. I think you guys are called cuckholds, right?

          • What is your take on my comment. Did or didn’t he play golf for 20 hours last week and he has the nerve to ask other Federal employees what did they get done last week. I’m here to tell you he got about 5 dozen double bogeys and cheated on any par. Reaction Sal.

            • Sure. I thought the article was about government efficiency and accountability. You clearly think it’s about golf. You really are in love with President Trump, like a spurned ex-girlfriend.
Now you want to talk about his score keeping….good grief man!!!
Get a hobby or a life.
              Mazel tov.

        • President Trump starts working about about 6AM on the average day, and is still on the clock late in the evening. The man puts in well over 40 hours a week.
          .
Know what I did last week? I went for a hike, I binged a Netflix series, I took a pottery class, AND I worked 40 full hours to the benefit of my boss and myself.
          .
There are 168 hours in a week, take away 70 for sleeping and personal grooming and you get 98 hours. President Trump golfed for 20 hours, and worked for 78. I do not see a problem with it.

        • C-Bass,
Obviously there is a difference between an elected official and a bureaucrat. If President Trump was incapable of listing five things he accomplished last week I might could see your point. A couple weeks ago it was reported that he was able to manage delaying tariffs while gaining additional concessions in-between holes while on the course. Biden proved he could do none of those things in four entire years.

You complain when Trump does something and when he does nothing, do you want him golfing or do you want him turning your world upside down?

          Leftists are never happy.

    • How is asking for an accounting of their achievements nit-picking? As someone else mentioned, we have to do that in the private sector so that we can prove we are doing our jobs, (along with annual reviews)…so why not government employees? I say break it down and build it back up to a well-organized and run, efficient machine. None of this is being done in such a fashion that indicates a lack of respect. If the employees decide to act in an undignified manner, that is on them.

    • You should try applying for welfare or unemployment and see what “nit-picky” is. As for respect, 8 months of wages while not working isn’t “respectful” enough for you? Most people don’t get that when they’re fired.

  7. Most Fed workers in Alaska will refuse to reply. And they will be fired.
    But then:
    VA hospitals will close.
The fisheries in the Gulf of AK and Bering Sea will be free for all and open to anyone with a boat to catch whatever they like.
Aircraft will be able to use airports any way they please
Crimes will not be investigated, and we will be free to pursue our personal justice against those who aggrieve us.
The flow of Fed dollars to our infrastructure will stop but those who can still afford to do so will build whatever they want wherever they want.
Wasteful Social Security payments will finally stop and seniors will contribute to society instead of leech off it
    And so on.
This is going to be fun

    • Actually with regards to Federal $’s for infrastructure being halted, thats already in play.
      Less to do with Trump/musk,
      more to do with dunleavy/DOT
dropping the ball with STIP regulations.
Heavy Civil construction is in a nervous place right now.
In a previous life i was primarily an offshore/blue water commercial fisherman.
For years i refused to pay income taxes, because i didnt want to pay for this,or be associated with that expenditure.
Then it dawned on me listening to the many rescue Ops heard over frequency *4125* on the big set.
Time and time again rescue choppers sent out during horrendous winter storm conditions over 23 yrs, that almost no one even knows exists.
      Tax $’s at work…

  8. This is a legal process and has been challenged. Its legal and if a federal employee wants their jobs, return the answer with all notes of work as required. Every couple of years the issue of downsizing takes precedent and should be done to create healthy budgets. The downsizing process under DOGE is varied but still workable and in an easy enough way of understanding and cooperating. The hardship comes when there is no cooperating. No Senator or Congressman can stop it because they already put the law forward in 2023 and 2024 and its law. When DOGE tells what they find and broadcasts it to the public, it becomes a noteworthy for future planning on what to keep and what to abolish. Very simple to understand.

  9. What!??? I have to do something??? Reply to an email? How do I do that… Let’s see, what did I do last week – 1. I turned on the computer in my home office and opened my email while playing games on my phone – now there’s efficiency, two devices open at once. 2. I cleaned up the coffee I spilled Tuesday. 3. I flushed the toilet each day and remembered to lower the seat. Wait! WtDog help me! I can’t remember what else I did!

Yes, we need to be respectful – but the deadwood should fear and be fired. Many are the govt employees that are productive and dedicated to SERVING our country – at the end of this purge both the President and the head of Doggie should thank the remaining federal employees and solicit their input in the coming necessary restructuring.
Government employee unions should remember what President Reagan did to the air traffic controllers union when they tried to strike… The ones who did not come back to work were fired.

  10. Seems like a reasonable request to me and long passed overdue. If an employee can’t come up with a single thing per day that they did in the last week then what value do they bring to their employer? Given the reports of how many federal workers don’t even make it in to the office, if a person were to list showing up to my place of employment that would be a good start and rank them easily in the top 10% of federal employees.

  11. Government workers rejoice! You will survive. I retired from 46 years of self employment. I survived lay-offs, shut downs, Jimmy Carter’s interest rates, OPEC, the Clintons, the Obamas, COVID, inflation, chain of supply failures and the Biden’s along with their ridiculous regulations and onerous taxes. I dealt with government inspectors inspecting nothing and meeting meaningless regulations. My only security was that I had the drive to survive and prosper. I invested whatever earnings I could into a private retirement fund. I always signed the front of the check, not the back. I have no degree and was raised by a single parent. So suck it up. There is life beyond the hind tit.

  12. I just dig how people talk as much as the day is long about accountability but as soon as someone does it, those that are holding folks accountable are bad guys. Listen, we all know that federal and state careers are coveted as great paying with exceptional benefits to include early retirement. They’re also known to be pretty cushy. So yeah, I think this is magnificent.

  13. To: Mr. Musk

From: Mr. J. D. Vance The Vice President

    Time: 12:01 AM

Hey Elon. I got the memo about summarizing my activities for last week so here you go.

    1) I completed the mandatory Trump Derangement Syndrome reeducation module online. As a result, the level of my adoration has reached new heights.

    2) I translated Mr. Trump’s speech for next week into English from the original German. Boy, those old high school foreign language classes sure do come in handy.

    3) I nicked Mr. Trump’s copy of Mein Kampf from the Oval and read the next few chapters. I sure hope he doesn’t notice it’s missing, or he might be a little cross with me.

    4) I attended the weekly Cabinet meeting. I’m almost positive that I was invited. They were strangely short a chair, so I found a nice place on the floor near Mr. Trump’s feet. And by the way, I should have the minutes done in a few days.

    5) I noticed that the tires on The Beast were a little low, so I pitched in and inflated them. There wasn’t a compressor around, so I had to blow into them myself, which thankfully isn’t very hard for me.

As you can see, it was a very busy week, working in the interest of 48.8% of all Americans.

I’m sorry that my email reply went out one or two minutes late. I was ready to hit the send button a few minutes before the deadline when Yale University called – something or other about my law school diploma… Hopefully, Big Balz will show me a little mercy. You know I need it.

    Respectfully,

Mr. J. D. Vance The Vice President
    Employee Number: 1488

  14. Ms. Murkowski, it seems to me that DOGE is doing just as you suggested. It has asked federal employees to introduce themselves and explain the work they do. Seems like simple and easy task to bang out first thing Monday morning.

  15. The federal gov’t. in general definitely needs downsizing, no question about that. While this administration is generally pretty flamboyant, they are not the first one to make a show of it, and won’t be the last. This request is, for all practical purposes, just for show, as it would be easy for any employee to come up with a few good-sounding bullet points, and they have no way of checking.

  16. News Item: NASA Gives ‘All Clear’ for Asteroid That Seemed to Threaten Earth

Wouldn’t be ironic if Trump fired the guys that will detect the next big one? Rapture for everybody! At least we wouldn’t need to endure him anymore.

    • Whidbey,

I’m loving your man on street wearing a sandwich board sign proclaiming “THE END IS NIGH” phase, please give us more of this.

    • Who is that person? Point to them.
      .
While you are at it, who is the person that will find the cure for cancer? Name them. And, the one that will make fusion a reality. And the person who will bring world peace.
      .
Billions of people on the Earth, and every single one of them could be the “one” who saves the planet. Or, they could equally be the one the destroys it. Until you can let everyone else use the time machine required to know what someone’s future is, people will get fired or promoted based on criteria available today, and today only. What may or may not happen tomorrow has no bearing on today’s decision.

“When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.”

  18. “We’re on the offense right now. We are in this in a big way. First, is working with the democratic attorney generals across the country. They’re part of our party too, and they’re bringing these cases big time and winning them. The second is in Congress, holding these guys accountable. At 4:00 in the morning, I’m sure you were all up, last week, we held them to votes,” she said. ”
This from Senator Klobuchar on the View. That the 10 viewers of the View eat this up, I get, but the rest of us should consider what she actually said here. She didn’t say these AGs are working for their constituents rights in their states. Nope she made it plain that these AG work for the party to damage Donald Trump and bring about a party win! An indictment from the horses mouth. This is not at all about the American people this is all about hanging on to power for democrats!
