A 19-year-old girl from California is leading the national discussion about one of the most pressing issues of our time: The wrongful gender transitioning of children.
Chloe Cole stopped by Anchorage on a recent summer day to give her side of the transitioning story. She visited at the invitation of Alaska Family Council to tell Alaskans the aspects of the transitioning racket that the mainstream media, the public education regime, and medical establishment don’t want us to hear.
She was boyish as a child and had undiagnosed autism. My guess, having listened to her speak, is that she has genius-level IQ. She identified more with boys than with girls, was more like her dad than her mom, and she was unusually headstrong. So when she learned online about how she could avoid going through female puberty by taking puberty blockers, testosterone, and other hormone-bending medications, and later undergoing the knife, she insisted that is what she wanted to do.
Her parents complied with the advice of doctors, who told them that without the transitioning procedure Chloe would probably kill herself. What parent wants that? Between their headstrong daughter and the doctors eager to perform these gender transitions, Chloe became, by all outward appearance at least, a boy. By the time she was 15, the doctors had chopped off her breasts.
Then she matured, and at 16 started having deep-seated regrets. She regretted that she would never be able to be a mother. Although she looked like a boy, she knew in her heart she would never be a boy. She couldn’t date girls, because she wasn’t attracted to girls. The boys who wanted to date her were gay, and she wasn’t attracted to them either. Older men seemed unnaturally interested in her.
Chloe, by 17, had bravely begun the process of “detransitioning.”
Today, she speaks boldly to all who will hear: The transitioning of children is a threat to our society because it is targeting our future. Children cannot reasonably give consent to such drastic procedures. Parents must defend childhood and let kids be kids.
Her story reinforces the uneasy sense that transgenderism is much like a cult, and that during the Covid pandemic, when children stayed home and were glued to their computers, our young people were exposed to websites where transgendered adults reached out to them and welcomed them into the “community.” Th lockdowns may, in fact, be a reason that there’s been such a sudden increase in transgendered youth.
That online community is a place, as Chloe describes it, that appears to be filled with love and happiness, where a child’s insecurities about their bodies or fears about going through puberty can be addressed by kindly community members who tell them how they can actually choose to be a boy or can opt into being a girl. It’s so reaffirming to a child who is suffering from gender dysphoria.
Websites like the Trevor Project specialize in this grooming and encouragement to curious children, and even have “escape” buttons that allow a child to quickly close the site, should a parent come into the room.
Chloe encountered this transgender online community and it embraced her in all her confusion and self-perceived imperfections. With her prepubescent years flying by, she was a victim of the cult of transgenderism.
It’s a cult that you can get into, but woe to the person who decides to leave.
Chloe describes how when she decided to return to girlhood, the community members told her that she “should have known better” and that her transgendering was her own choice, not their concern. She was 16, and she was now shunned.
Today, she travels with security as she testifies across the country in legislatures and in the committees of Congress. As it turns out, the transgender fringe is as unhinged as any other cult fringe. What makes it different from a traditional cult is that there is no charismatic leader, but otherwise, it contains many of the elements of a closed and secret religious faction. It can be intimidating.
Evidence continues to build that shows how gender dysphoria is highest among youth of European descent, especially among girls with exceptionally high intelligence combined with a history of mental health challenges. That is Chloe – female, brilliant, and also had mental health issues as a child.
With more poise and composure than most adults can muster, Chloe is on a mission to save the children of America from the doctors who would mutilate them. She speaks honestly about her experience, and does not back down to the tyranny of the transgender agenda that now defines the Left. She will not be bullied.
Wherever she goes, whether it’s Alaska or Minnesota or Mississippi, Chloe says she hears from a lot of middle-aged women who tell her that they, too, once were tomboys and they know if they’d been given a choice as a child to transition, they would have done so in a heartbeat, without realizing what they would have given up in life. These grandmothers are some of Chloe’s biggest supporters.

The courage of Chloe Cole is an inspiration to young and old in America. By choosing to not bury her gifts or diminish her own bone-chilling life story, she advocates for letting children be children. Still a teen, she endures the insults, slings, and arrows that come from taking a stand against the cult of transgenderism. That is courage by any measure.

And, what doctors told them that? I am going to guess, it was not a therapist, or a psychiatrist. Going out on a limb here, and assuming it was their Family doctor. I am thinking that any therapist that is actually interested in helping their patients would have cut through the confusion, and discovered Chloe was just a confused, potentially autistic, teenager, going through significant changes that she did not want, or could not cope with.

And, there is the problem with the trans movement. Instead of therapy to be sure they are doing the right thing for the right reasons, they go straight to drugs and the knife.
Seeing as the therapists that you think would have saved her from transitioning are actively persecuting Jordan Peterson for his gender pronouns, I believe you are mistaken. Generally, therapists seem to be on board with the transitioning surgery and chemical treatment, not opposed..
Let’s break down the word.
“Therapist” is merely “the rapist”.

Now, to your comment.
If you go to a therapist for any issue, and the therapist encourages you to pursue actions that make your issue worse, get a new therapist.
If you are a drug addict who wants to stop, and the therapist you see starts telling you place where you can get the “good” stuff, leave. If you are obese and the therapist you see starts telling you about some new fast food place, leave.

Any child that approaches their parents and talks about disturbing feelings they are having is also asking for their parents assistance and support. When the parents chose to bring her to a “gender affirming” doctor, instead of someone who will work through any uncomfortable feelings.
If you are thinking that something as life changing as gender transitioning is what you want, and you are going to a therapist that supports it, change therapists.
You will also note that I said the therapist wants to help their patients.

Was one, anyone, on her medical team a trained mental health professional? Preferably one with experience dealing with girls feeling out of sync with society?
If a “doctor” had told me the only solution for my child was medical mutilation and pills which would make her a lifetime patient, I’d have told said “doctor” to procreate with itself. And found another doctor. And another. And another until I found someone competent to deal with the real issue.
No competent “doctor” ever goes with child mutilation as a treatment.
Are the hands of mental health providers tied a bit as in many states isn’t it now illegal to counsel anyone to accept their God given gender? I am not a mental health professional. Certainly correct me if I am wrong and I don’t remember where Chloe was living when the decisions were being made, but was it even legal for a therapist to step forward and help her find her true gender identity?
Many are, mostly blue states.
But bad policy should not be a parental deterrent to getting the best possible care for their kids.
There is no circumstance I can imagine where voluntary mutilation is good care for children.
I believe she grew up in San Fransisco.
She is currently suing Kaiser Permanente, and I really hope she wins.
If I knew where to send it, I would donate cash to her legal fund.
There’s a family whose daughter was cutting and self harming. They too her to the ER one day. And therapist immediately told them she needed to transition to a boy. This was in a state where she didn’t need her parents permission. The parents played Along making appointments etc. Well they sold their house and dad took a different job in the new destination where they could get the help she needed. A few years later she is thriving and her issues have been resolved. Parents must make sacrifices sometimes. Thank God they made the right decision for their kid.
I grew up a tomboy too. I played outside with the neighborhood boys in Juneau and could play war with the best of them. Thank goodness there wasn’t transgenderism back then!
There was; she-he’s have been around for quite a long time. It just hadn’t yet been culturally and politically realized as one of the tools with which to destroy the foundations of Western civilization.
Undoubtedly, School Superintendent Jharrett Bryantt would exercise his “inherent authority” to make sure Ms. Cole will never set foot on an Anchorage school campus. Mr. Bryantt will face judgment some day.
This is a fringe, unrelatable topic for 99% of the electorate. Abortion on the other hand, is highly relatable to most and will continue to be the Achille’s Heal for Republicans seeking to hold office and serve the best interests of their constituents. Fair question, what gender is Chloe sexually attracted to these days?

And you are out of touch with what parents care about, but I guarantee that they care about you not getting close to their girls and boys. The proper accountably for Chloe’s woes should be placed fully upon the former child’s parents. Sure, there are bad doctors. Miss-diagnosing happens all the time in the medical world. But what ever happened to parental responsibility, the ultimate last line of a child’s defense? The parents are the real bad guys. Shame on them.

At the end of the day, nobody was going to do anything to my kids I wasn’t at least 80% on board with. I was a thorn in the side of my kids MDs until they went to college.
Is big medical pushing this cash cow hard? Absolutely. But it’s up to mom/dad to learn and push back if they aren’t confident.
Lots of parents misguided by their flesh, they fall into the love trap of enabling. They want to do what they think is best for their child. They follow their own experience, wisdom, knowledge or the experience/knowledge/wisdom of others). I think you STB4 would have the same issue enabling a child of yours or the addicts around anchorage and Alaska too. Cause every time a single adult addict or college student gets SNAP money on the first of the month Alaska is enabling these people. We doing that single person on snap more harm than good.
Children are taken away from parents every day for not playing along. You buck the system and can lose your child to it.

S’Funny…when I was growing up in the 60’s and 70’s, I knew several ‘tomboys’ that interacted with us boys during recess, playing kickball, baseball, and basketball.
Never ONCE did I, or any other boy within our circle, consider said tomboys to be anything but girls that we boys competed with!
Actually, they were pretty cool, being able to compete with us upon the same level as us, or even better.
In fact, the tomboy that we boys most respected, and sought after, was a tomboy soccer player that ran circles around us (no, not Rapinoe) whilst remaining the fondest dream of beautiful femineity.
Funny how that works, is it not?
As we know “tomboys” of the past played with the boys just to be a team player.
The sad part is all the outside influence children have from social groups at school and mostly internet sources that encourage children to seek out paths and groups that they may fit into easily.
Gay and Lesbian groups are very welcoming of newcomers or even just bystanders observing their freakish behavior.
They want their group numbers to grow and eventually become the dominant group so they dont stand out with their freakish behavior. The more freakish they perform the more attention they receive.

Now we have a federal government with a derilect leader that seeks out to embrace freaks and promotes them to high paying important positions in government who get to travel around the world and show off their freakishness to EVERYONE including our children.
Children live by the internet. They fall asleep and wake up with a device in their hand. That is why it is so important that Every community has internet with government subsidy to pay for it for those who cant afford it.
Anyone living on native land is entitled to subsidized internet as well as natives not living on those lands. They will not leave anyone out. Especially if they are native. They need followers.
One of the best fielding shortstops I ever saw was a girl named Becky. Damn pretty, too. We were glad to play with her. She got the game.

She switched to softball, kicked butt, got a college scholarship and ended up marrying a fraternity guy.

I watched the entire interview She did with an Actual Doctor Dr Jordan Peterson. What these people did to this Child is one of the sickest things I have ever seen And I have seen some really bad stuff. They did not want to help her they wanted to make a profit. I hope anyone that thinks what they did will have the guts to watch that interview. It was so evil to destroy a Childs future in this way. She may be sterile now. she wants children oh well to bad they did not worry about that. Please do not alter children in this way. As she put it let them be kids.
Did she use that word “Save” the children from transgenderism. I should had gone! I was afraid to go only to get bored by hearing what I already know, I hate going to things I already know the subject matter. Then I could had heard if she used save and if she ever talked about God, cause she not a savior and not the one who can save America’s children. Just as Gretathunberg, being a savior isn’t a role we can accomplish. Only Christ is the savior to heal, redeem, reconcile what is broken about us to our Father in Heaven. If we try being a savior it leads us down the road to intense disappointment and discouragement and public embarrassment looking like a failure. That’s too much on us.
Who is it in the schools that questions these children and where do they get any authority to approve any treatment without parental consent. Any interview with a child must be videotaped as there could be leading questions asked of the child. That was proven, I believe, in the 80’s. A study showed that hypnosis could bring back suppressed memories of abuse but another study also determined that children could also bring memories of something that did NOT happen by leading questions.

I’m very glad I got the opportunity to tell her to her face that she is a very beautiful and outstanding young lady.
I agree with Suzanne’s guess that she may well possess a genius level IQ.
She is certainly intelligent far beyond her young years, and I told her so.
She also possesses a self awareness, poise, and courage far beyond her years.
My heart goes out her, and as I also told her, if I could afford to, I’d consider it a privilege to travel with her as part of her personal security team, for free, because by traveling around the country and telling her story to concerned parents, she is doing God’s work, and the Left and the Alphabet mafia hate that.
I will never forget her words to Congress when she said “Let what happened to me be your final warning.”
She should sue the hospital and the doctors who gave her the medicine to try and ruin her . She boldly speaks up ! Good for her ! She looks like beautiful young woman ! Sing hard and loud girl ! Theirs a lot of kids that need to hear your story and parents as well today for some reason !
