Dunleavy makes appearance at NYC Trump rally, while Kamala Democrats call Trump ‘Hitler! Fascist!’

Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy was an invited guest of former President Donald Trump at a campaign rally at Madison Square Gardens in New York City.

Tens of thousands came to the event to hear Trump speak. Also spotted at the event was former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and several sitting congressional representatives. Among invited speakers were former first lady Melania Trump, vice presidential candidate Ohio Sen. JD Vance, business entrepreneur Elon Musk, political commentator Tucker Carlson, former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and others.

People waited for as long as 24 hours to get into the event, in which Trump channeled President Ronald Reagan, asking the crowd if they are “better off than you were four years ago.” The response was a resounding “NO!”

The Democratic National Committee, meanwhile, is on the “super-Nazi” theme — and it’s everywhere in their messaging across all media.

The Democrats projected digital bright images on Madison Square Garden’s exterior during the Trump event, which compared Trump to Adolf Hitler. That message was echoed throughout the Democrats’ other digital messaging, including in words uttered by Kamala Harris this past several days, comparing Trump to Hitler, who was responsible of the mass extermination of Jews, which led to World War II.

Asked on CNN if she thinks Trump is a fascist, Kamala Harris said this week, “Yes, I do.”

Even Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz stuck to the Democrats’ Hitleresque talking points. As the vice presidential nominee for Harris, he said Trump’s Sunday rally at New York’s Madison Square Garden was just like one that Hitler held there in 1939.

“Donald Trump’s got this big rally going at Madison Square Garden,” Walz said at an event in Nevada. “There’s a direct parallel to a big rally that happened in the mid-1930s at Madison Square Garden.”

Henceforth, anyone who has an event at Madison Square Gardens will be smeared with the same Nazi brush, since it was a venue once used by the leader of Germany.

According to the Democrats’ logic, that will also stretch back to President John F. Kennedy in 1962, and President Bill Clinton in 1992. For that matter, the Democrats are smearing the Nazi brand on President Franklin D. Roosevelt, who spoke there in 1936. All were Democrats.

In his 1936 campaign speech at Madison Square Gardens, FDR called the banking industry and military hardware industries “enemies of peace.”

“For 12 years this Nation was afflicted with hear-nothing, see-nothing, do-nothing Government. The Nation looked to Government but the Government looked away. Nine mocking years with the golden calf and three long years of the scourge! Nine crazy years at the ticker and three long years in the breadlines! Nine mad years of mirage and three long years of despair! Powerful influences strive today to restore that kind of government with its doctrine that that Government is best which is most indifferent,” FDR said at Madison Square Gardens.

“For nearly four years you have had an Administration which instead of twirling its thumbs has rolled up its sleeves. We will keep our sleeves rolled up. We had to struggle with the old enemies of peace—business and financial monopoly, speculation, reckless banking, class antagonism, sectionalism, war profiteering,” FDR said.

“They had begun to consider the Government of the United States as a mere appendage to their own affairs. We know now that Government by organized money is just as dangerous as Government by organized mob. Never before in all our history have these forces been so united against one candidate as they stand today. They are unanimous in their hate for me—and I welcome their hatred,” FDR said. His entire speech transcript can be read here.

FDR then spoke like Donald Trump does now, except that the Democrats now see that as Nazism.

  1. Hitler, who was the dictator of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945, did not travel to the United States or any other country in the Americas during his time in power. His international travels were limited to European countries and regions under Nazi control or influence.

      • Greg–No, Adolf Hitler did not travel to Argentina, but there are conspiracy theories that he did:
        Hunting Hitler
A History Channel series that claimed Hitler escaped Germany by U-boat and traveled to South America. The series featured interviews with witnesses and declassified documents.
        That’s My Story
An Argentinian writer claimed that Hitler and Eva Braun lived in the Andes, had children, and escaped punishment.
        Hitler in Argentina
A book that claims a spy transported Hitler to Argentina, where he lived with other Nazis. The book also claims that Juan Peron knew about Hitler’s location and kept it a secret for money.
However, these theories have been widely dismissed. For example, James Holland, a World War II expert featured on the History Channel series, said he was careful not to mention that he thought Hitler escaped.
Argentina was neutral in World War II, proclaiming its neutrality on September 1, 1939.

        • Yes, I’m familiar with the conspiracy theories. And although Argentina was neutral, they were nazi friendly, and after the Catholic Church helped nazis. Escape by submarine to Argentina. Many continue to live there as evident of Swastika memorabilia existing today down there. There is FBI documentation showing a redacted memo to the director.
Stating how investigations actually saw him there but that was quickly shot down because the world was war weary, and he was of little threat by then, with his illness.

        • Some other neutral countries such as the Swiss weren’t really neutral. In fact, they helped the nazis bankroll their war machine by laundering gold. I spoke with an elder Swiss lady that was visiting Missouri back in the 1990s, and she said Swiss people knew what was going on when the death trains rolled through there, but they chose to look the other way, otherwise they were afraid they would be killed. So one could argue that by remaining neutral, they chose a side.

  2. So surprising that the bloviating buffoon Scott Kendall has nothing to say about the Democrats’ reference to racism, fascism and Hitler by Vice President Harris? Perhaps he remains so fixated on the “secret” meaning of the $14.88 Sale at MyPillow he must have missed the nationwide partisan hysteria and screams from hyperbolic Democrats which trivialize and belittle the horrific reality that was Adolf Hitler.

  3. He’s not Hitler. But how anyone can support him after the unending crazy things he’s been saying is absolutely beyond me. If Joe Biden said such things, everyone on here would say he had dementia. But Trump says crazy, incoherent things? Oh, he’s a “stable genius”, speaks in a “weave”, often in hyperbole, or whatever. It takes a lot of blind faith to ignore or explain away the things Trump says.

Y’all do know it’s OK to hold Trump AND Harris to the same standard…

    • What crazy, incoherent things?
Look, the guy is a lousy off the cuff public speaker. There are a lot of things he needs to reconsider before saying them. But…
      .
Please tell us all, what “crazy, incoherent” things he has said.
      .
Because, you see, I am trying to hold both Trump and Harris to the same standard. And, frankly, Harris is failing. Miserably. Especially in the crazy, incoherent category. Help me out here. I need to know what Trump is saying.

          • You’re asking for too much CBM.

They just want you to nod your head when they say “Trump evil”. Substance and context are not required.

              • Trump didn’t say this, not in public anyway, but one of his speakers did at MSG. Something about disrespecting Latino voters by calling PR a floating pile of garbage. Americans. Not border crashers.

                • So, when anyone even remotely associated with a politician says something wrong, it is directly attributable to that politician?
                  Very mature stance there, Greg.
I am sure you are perfectly OK with accepting responsibility for (and you agree totally 100%) anything a friend, coworker, or family member might say that is offensive.
                  .
Besides, do you actually believe for a second that Trump approved the words this comedian was going to say?

          • Sure.I will do that for you while you change out your hearing aid batteries. There was the time when he mentioned he wished he had generals like Hitler’s. Then there’s theories but a goodie, one that keeps on giving, where he said he grab them by the hoo ha. Then there’s the one that in claims, if he was in charge, he would have the Russia Ukraine war end in less than a day and I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt on that because him and Putin our butt buddies and uh, maybe he could convince Putin to give up.. I doubt it. Because Putin would rather go down swinging. But just the fact that Trump thinks he has that kind of control over putin is alarming. How am I doing CB??

            • So far, you have a statement from someone who has demonstrated a penchant for hearing Trump say things that no one else in the room hears. Weird that, everything from Kelly seems to be said ONLY when he is within earshot. So… nope, not accepting that. At best, it is taken out of context, at worst, it is a complete fabrication.
              .
The hoo-haa statement, again, taken out of context. Proof of nothing. Besides, practically every human male alive (except, I am sure not you, Greg, you are a paragon of virtue) has said something rude about women.
              .
Now, the only thing you have that may have substance is the one about stopping the Ukraine war in less than a day. Yeah. That is unrealistic. It is also an exaggeration, and anyone not suffering from TDS understands that.
              .
I do not see that statement as Trump thinking he as control over Putin in any way. I am curious why you think that?
              .
Now, the rest of your diatribe, that counts as crazy and incoherent.
              .

                • I mean, seriously.
Trump has been front page news since 2015. With extremely few positive articles, and the best you can come up with is… that?
                  .
Seriously, that is like being asked to find a beer in a brewery and coming back with a cola. If I tried to find the least damning things Trump said, I would have done better than the meaningless, easily dismissible tripe you provided.

                    • Or, you could spend all day looking for crazy things, and find out all of them are taken out of context and overblown.
Try reading beyond the headline sometimes. It will help.

                • You know what, I am a nice guy, I am going to help you out.
Trump said he wants to terminate the Constitution.
Trump said he will be a dictator on day one.
Trump thinks white supremacists are very fine people.
Trump said all Mexicans are criminals.
                  Trump called Puerto Rico garbage.
Trump said he wanted to date his daughter. (OK, that was a bit on the weird side. Perhaps one.)
                  .
See. Finding crazy Trump statements is not that hard. Oh, and I dare you to fact check any of the above statements.

                    • Which means you know it was taken out of context. Trump NEVER said he would terminate the Constitution. Here is exactly, word for word, what he wrote:
““Do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump wrote in a post on the social network Truth Social”
                      .
So, nope. He never said he wanted to terminate the Constitution.

    • Well Bill. It is only crazy and incoherent to those who don’t actually look into what he references. You probably are one of those folks who think they literally told people to “drink bleach” when the truth is not even close to that statement. Low consciousness individuals like yourself take whatever the MSM spins to heart and don’t even bother looking deeper into reality.
You best prepare yourself for what is to come. I know you aren’t ready to know the truth of what is really going on, but it is coming and it is coming fast. Prepare.

      • There was a time in this country when people realized comedy was funny, even when it was offensive. In fact, offensive, when delivered as part of a punchline, WAS funny. Try watching Blazing Saddles, or a Richard Pryor stand up routine, and grow the F up. Laugh a little.
        .
Because, frankly, if a joke, even an offensive one, causes you to treat someone different, you are the problem. Not the comedian.

  4. Madison Square Gardens has hosted the Democratic National Convention in years past. Does that make the Democratic Party a sub-chapter of Naziism?
Harris is scary, stupid and hopefully unelectable.

  5. The lesser of evil is still evil… Whether it goes to the Illegals, Ukraine or Israel… It ain’t going to you… Except those Low Pressure Systems… Now there’s a gift that keeps on giving… ^^^

  6. Isn’t it a bit ironic that the socialists keep attempting to slur the conservatives by calling them socialists? They obviously have no grasp of history. They need to go back to whatever excuse for a school they went to and demand their money back. Yes, the socialists continue to eequate comservatives with the National SOCIALIST German Worker’s Party. Life is hard. Life is harder if you are both ignorant and stupid

    • Funny.
Yet a well respected military man with a MS from the National Defense University and a MA from Georgetown is warning us that the golden messiah is a fascist.
I’ll take the military mans word over Trump any day.

      • There is something to what you say.
However, does this “well respected” military man have anyone backing up his statements? I am not calling him a liar or anything, but I find it weird that he seems to have been the only person in the room that hears Trump say all these awful things. A President is rarely alone that often, but somehow… it is always the same person, and the President seems to always choose that exactly moment to say fascist statements.
        .
As my good friend Auric said, “Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, thrice is enemy action.” Your well respected military man has at least three instances where he alone heard these things… Weird I say. Worthy of looking into if you ask me.

          • Not a single one of them actually heard what Kelly did.
Not a single member of Trump’s former staff, who were likely well within earshot for at least ONE instance where Trump said these things, confirmed what Kelly said.
            .
Supporting Kelly means they support Kelly. It does not prove Trump said what Kelly claims he said.
            .
Remember, some 50+ intelligence claimed the Hunter laptop was bogus. A large number of them had never actually even seen the contents of the laptop. But… when people support Kelly, in a very contentious Presidential election, OBVIOUSLY, it is Gospel.

  7. If anything, the Democrats are supporting Hitler like tactics. Just look at the suppression of the population because of political views. Also, the color of the skin is coming to play. Like they keep saying first they came for the neighbors then they came for us there the Democrat track record Proves the point. Look in the mirror Democrats and you will see Hitler.

  8. I doubt these foolish people have any idea what fascism is. From what they say it seems they are speaking of national socialism.

Because of course, they already subscribe to fascism in its vanilla variety. They love the fusing of highly centralized state and corporate interests.

  9. I think it’s premature to label Trump like Adolf. Their roots are both from the German/Bavaria region. Trumps grandpa was kicked out of Germany. I don’t think Trump wants to commit mass genocide, and I don’t think he wants to confiscate your firearms. Some of his antics indicate that he is a power monger, and once things his way or the highway kind of in a tyrant sort of way. I think the final chapter hasn’t been written on trump, so we’ll just have to wait and see.

  10. I did read that. People were leaving Trump’s rally because he arrived there 2 hours late and like most of his rallies. These days he focused mainly on himself instead of how he’s gonna fix America.People get tired of a blowhard after a while.

    • Greg. The only blow hard is you. Trump has been slandered nearly killed and still he keeps trudging forward. If you want to fight someone I’m your man. Back off Trump.

      • I’m not going to back off trump or anyone else. I’m not going to stop giving you my opinion either. I feel that trump is bad for america. I also feel that there isn’t a good candidate in this year’s running. I also think that man did walk on the moon and I also think that lee harvey oswald acted alone. But if you feel the need to silence me and want to travel to florida, then that’s your prerogative. You might want to brush up on florida elder law first, though.

  11. The Left’s agenda and rhetoric are demonically evil. Otherwise one might simply have pity on them for obvious mental illness. But this goes far beyond. This agenda is “set on fire by hell.”

  12. Trump’s case is not unique. Leftists are perpetually, hysterically shrieking “Nazi!” “Fascist!” “Racist!” at anyone who opposes them. This situation isn’t likely to change soon.

    • That’s exactly the stance that Republicans, or maybe not Republicans….Let’s just call them conservatives, take. On this side alone, anytime someone disagrees with another person regardless of which side they’re on. It’s either my way or the highway. There is no middle ground. You’re not one of those folks that thinks yours is the only way, tell me i’m wrong.

  13. I think it quite safe to say that nobody is perfect. I supported and voted for Mike Dunleavy. Could we have done better? maybe, could we have done worse? without question and we have. Trump is not what we have been programmed to accept as a polished politician. He cannot be bought, he is not a lawyer. He is a brash bold Manhattan real estate mogul who doesn’t need the job and has a talent for negotiation and a vision for the country that allowed him to succeed on a grand scale. His philanthropy is legendary but he keeps it in the shadows. Trump is not an antisemite, he is not a racist. Donald J. Trump has a track record, he was the 45th president of the United States. Life was good, we had a strong economy, peace in the middle East and energy independence. By comparison Kamala Harris has nothing. I am optimistic.

    • Now we have an ex president who is a convicted felon, has been impeached twice, who hates half the country and is on a mission to prove everybody wrong, because how dare anyone step on the great and almighty trump. On top of that, in his aging mind, he considers himself a martyr, and actually thinks that god moved that bullet, an eighth of an inch to the side to spare in his life. The kind of things that trump has experienced in the near past can only rightfully so, affect a person and not necessarily in a positive way.

  14. Meanwhile the left wants to unburden America from the US Constitution and substitute their so current petulance of the day.

  15. Trump is no FDR and he doesn’t even speak like him. FDR spoke pretty eloquently at times with his fireside chat.
And true, a lot of people didn’t like him when he was trying to get us into world war two, after churchill prodded him for quite a while. Even folks like JFK, future President Ford and charles lindberg, we’re against entering the war, but that all changed after pearl harbor. But fdr’s body wasn’t even cold in the ground yet. Before Congress was setting, term limits for the presidency because he had become too much like a king. That made congress afraid, kind of like congress is now with trump and trump doesn’t help that any with his rhetoric. The boy could take a lesson or two in tact and tone it down.
