  1. Thank you for making the court’s entire decision available Suzanne. This allows readers to see the decision unfiltered. Liberal reporters typically insert their bias into the reporting of these decisions and we don’t get to understand the decision very well.

Judge Wheeles’ decision is brilliant, factual, and decisive. The Democrat party had no business filing such a flawed case. They lost on every point.

  2. Thank you Judge Wheeles for recognizing the rights of “the dregs of the candidate pool” and those candidates who “are obviously unsuitable for office” according to the Democrats. The arrogance of these Democrat lawyers is astounding. Reminds me of Mrs. Clinton. Our good judge addressed Hafner’s interests in this case, and by extension OUR rights as individuals. Thank you for your service Judge Wheeles, and for protecting the rights of all Alaskans.

  3. Of note on page 8 of 18 is this statement ‘The language makes clear that a political party designation next to the candidates name on the ballot does not mean that the listed party is associated with the candidate in any manner…’ Oh boy! Uninformed, misinformed and ignorant voters have been duped in the cases of Jesse Summers, Kelly Merrick and Mary Peltola to name a few!

    • You left out the worst offender of all, Lisa Murkowski. She has been abusing the (R) tag for longer than anyone else.
